Hear the ocean from the Caprice....this completely remodeled, right next to the beach condo! Everything is NEW! Tile floors when you walk in; hardwood floors in the bedrooms. New kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal!
Start the day by eating on stools at the island, at the table, or walk to the end of the quiet, family block for the breakfast buffet at the Country Grill. After breakfast, grab your beach chair and take a few steps to one of the cleanest, private beaches on the eastern shore. Do not worry if you forget something or the kids need to go the bathroom... it just takes a minute to walk back! When you come back from the beach you can use the outdoor or indoor showers. Finish the day by grabbing a wine glass and having happy hour on the screened in porch followed by a cookout! Then it is off to the Bethany Beach boardwalk for ice cream and funnel cake. When you come back grab a flashlight and go search for little crabs on the shore. When it is time for bed, open the windows and let the ocean wave you to sleep! (Friday to Friday rental!!!!)

Condo is beautiful and as described. Clean and bright, and you CAN actually hear the ocean! We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch listening to the waves. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, and it's just a short drive to stores, restaurants, and musuems. There was plenty of room for the kids, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The kids wanted to know if we could come back next year! The owner was very friendly and pleasant to deal with too. I would highly recommend this property, whether you're looking to just get away for a weekend or are lucky enough to have a whole week.

I can't say enough about this fantastic place. Only a few short steps to the private beach. This place was very well decorated and has new floors and a great kitchen. The unit comes with plenty of sand chairs and a beach umbrella which came in handy. We rented in July and our kids loved having their own rooms so a friend could share their great times. The new restaurant Matt's Fish Camp was right down the street and was unbelievable (don't miss it). If you are looking for a great family vacation, you can stop your search here. If you enjoy your morning coffee, you can enjoy it on the screen porch overlooking the vacationers up for their morning walk. We will definately be back next summer.

My friends & I rented The Caprice for wha we call "mystery birthday trip" for two of our friends. We were extremely comfortable at The Caprice and it was located conveniently between Ocean City and Rehobeth Beach. Property was clean & well maintained. Owner was very easy to work with. Being what they called "soft season", there were few neighbors and we had the beach pretty much to ourselves (plus we were there during the week). The amenities at the condo were very good and everything was well kept. We were fortunate enough to attend Springfest in Ocean City that had fabulous crafts! I would definitely recommend it!

This condo is very nice. Clean, bright and airy - just like the pictures depict it. A stones throw away from the beach. In addition, the owners were a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed our weekend and would stay there again.

Me, My Mom and 2 of my friends had a girls get away at the beach...We loved this place it was safe and quiet...we refered to ourselves as the "Golden Girls", our ages range from 51 to 70. It was great to get away from the real life for a week, none of us wanted to leave...Wish we could have stayed 2 weeks...The place was nice and comfortable would highly recomend it..The rent very resonable it had everything we needed..Would return anytime....
