Our clean, comfortable, convenient condo in the Avon Chapel Square building has mountain views towards Beaver Creek. The free skier shuttle stops at the end of the parking lot. Great restaurants (Sushi, Mexican, Pizza, Chinese) are an elevator ride away. A full-size grocery store, Starbucks and ski shops are a short walk. The garage underneath the complex has secure heated parking and a dedicated ski locker. Down the hall is an indoor hot tub with mountain views. The unit itself is quiet because it's on the top (3rd) floor and the 'back' side of the building. You'll find cathedral ceilings in the kitchen / dining / living area and both bedrooms. The living room has a wall of windows and a balcony. There is free secure WiFi with broadband Internet access, and a laptop you can use for web browsing etc. Perfect for two couples or a family, you'll enjoy the views and convenience of this location.
Parking is a breeze in the free underground heated garage, complete with luggage carts and elevators. Also, you can store all your gear in the ski locker located next to the elevator. The free skier shuttle drops you at Beaver Creek Village or the Avon Station transportation hub (where you can get on the Gondola to Bachelor Gulch, or take a shuttle to Vail for a nominal fee).
The charming living area is well-appointed with a pull-out sofa, gas river rock fireplace, and cable TV/DVD player. The soaring cathedral ceiling with a wall of windows faces Beaver Creek. The open kitchen / dining area / living room is airy and bright, and encourages easy conversation with your family and friends. Games and books are available for your use as is a boombox with CD player. The well-lighted kitchen features all the glasses, china, cookware and utensils you'll need. Take advantage of the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The spacious master bedroom with cathedral ceiling has a king-size bed with lots of storage. Cable TV makes lounging in bed inviting. The master bath has room for two to share: double basins, and a jetted tub/shower. The second bedroom also has a cathedral ceiling, and two twin beds (which we can connect together with a 'twin bed bridge' and make up as a king). There is plenty of closet space, and cable TV and DVD player. The second bath features two entrances for ease of use: one from the second bedroom and one from the foyer. This bath has a lovely tile shower with glass surround and door.
Skiers and snowboarders of all ages enjoy this recently built condominium because it is so quiet yet so close to all the Vail Valley has to offer. Jet service is available at the Eagle/Vail Airport located 25 minutes from the condominium, or fly into Denver and drive less than 2.5 hours.
We know you will love staying at our comfortable condominium, so book now, relax, and enjoy the Vail Valley!

Great Value for a Summer Vacation

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers tremendous value for a summer vacation. For the price of a typical motel room you get a condo with all of the amenities. We are a family of 4, with 2 sons, age 8 and 12. We had a very comfortable stay in this property, which was clean and well maintained. The owners made everything very easy in terms of finding the property and accessing all of the keys and codes we would be needing for our stay. It could not have been easier, and the owners were very accomodating. The condo is located just down the hill from Beaver Creek, which for us was actually better than staying in Beaver Creek. We had convenient parking, and everything in the Beaver Creek/Vail area was easily accessible. In addition, you are within walking distance of the grocery store, as well as many stores and good restaurants. We had a great week staying here. Among the activities we enjoyed were hiking the Beaver Creek and Vail mountains, horseback riding, Glenwood Hot Springs, Glenwood Adventure Park (amusement park), whitewater rafting and a cowboy campfire dinner. This was a great summer vacation that we hope to take again in the not too distant future.

Great Ski Vacation in Avon

The condo was just great! Very clean, more than complete and very homy. Everything you will want to have in a condo is there and more. There is a balcony with a great mountain view. You can take the bus to the slopes or, like we did, store your ski's and shoes at the sports store at Beaver Creek Landing. It is a 1000 yard walk from the condo to the Gondola at the Westin Resort and Spa at Riverfront Village. The Gondola takes you to Beaver Creek Landing, pick up your gear and up you go. Great skiing!!!

What a beautiful town! So much to do, even in summer. Went golfing at Beaver Creek: hard course, but the views and rushing creek throughout made it seem worth the effort. Ate at Coyote Cafe, Dusty Boot, and Fiesta Jalisco's right down stairs. All very yummy. Had a relaxing time.

Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. First place we stayed this winter that we would love to rent again. Location great - shuttle easy to use - made the trip easy. The kids - well all of us - loved "Park 101" terrain park! We had a blast and made great family memories. The hot tub was actually hot enough - even for me! Everything was clean and cozy. You were right - Beaver Creek has become our favorite!
