2011 Winter Season Rental (Dec to April)

My wife and 2, 3 yr olds rented this condo for the entire winter season from Dec to April. We live in Denver, so we used this as our long weekend get away. We just had a blast, the condo is literally 3 mins from the slopes. With 2, 3yr olds and all 4 of us skiing this was a huge bonus for us being able to load the car up and drive right into BC parking garage. But for those of you no wanting to pay for parking, the bus route is right out the front door. Condo has a great view of the mtns and is walkable to all kind of spots - lunch/dinner spots, starbucks, the westin, liquor store, etc. Highly recommend this condo for any family with 2 or 3 small children...we had a blast this season!!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers tremendous value for a summer vacation. For the price of a typical motel room you get a condo with all of the amenities. We are a family of 4, with 2 sons, age 8 and 12. We had a very comfortable stay in this property, which was clean and well maintained. The owners made everything very easy in terms of finding the property and accessing all of the keys and codes we would be needing for our stay. It could not have been easier, and the owners were very accomodating. The condo is located just down the hill from Beaver Creek, which for us was actually better than staying in Beaver Creek. We had convenient parking, and everything in the Beaver Creek/Vail area was easily accessible. In addition, you are within walking distance of the grocery store, as well as many stores and good restaurants. We had a great week staying here. Among the activities we enjoyed were hiking the Beaver Creek and Vail mountains, horseback riding, Glenwood Hot Springs, Glenwood Adventure Park (amusement park), whitewater rafting and a cowboy campfire dinner. This was a great summer vacation that we hope to take again in the not too distant future.

The condo was just great! Very clean, more than complete and very homy. Everything you will want to have in a condo is there and more. There is a balcony with a great mountain view. You can take the bus to the slopes or, like we did, store your ski's and shoes at the sports store at Beaver Creek Landing. It is a 1000 yard walk from the condo to the Gondola at the Westin Resort and Spa at Riverfront Village. The Gondola takes you to Beaver Creek Landing, pick up your gear and up you go. Great skiing!!!

Excellent location with accessability to all the ski resorts in the area. Would defiantly stay again, owners were very accomidating for my last minute reservations.

Thank you so much for the use of your condo. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. I had a lovely massage experience just around the corner while the guys golfed. We experienced Glenwood Caverns, the royal Gorge Train and white-water rafting. Such fun and great memories!

Summer here is gorgeous! So much to do. Mountain biking, hiking on the many paths, and rafting. Rafting the Eagle River was my favorite! Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

What a beautiful town! So much to do, even in summer. Went golfing at Beaver Creek: hard course, but the views and rushing creek throughout made it seem worth the effort. Ate at Coyote Cafe, Dusty Boot, and Fiesta Jalisco's right down stairs. All very yummy. Had a relaxing time.

Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. First place we stayed this winter that we would love to rent again. Location great - shuttle easy to use - made the trip easy. The kids - well all of us - loved "Park 101" terrain park! We had a blast and made great family memories. The hot tub was actually hot enough - even for me! Everything was clean and cozy. You were right - Beaver Creek has become our favorite!

Had a wonderful time in Colorado. Your apartment is ideal - close to amenities and close to our son working at Beaver Creek. Lovely sunny outlook for the non-skiing days! Tennessee Pass Cookhouse was a highlight and skiing Vail was heavenly. Coloradan hospitality -first class. Hope to return.

Great, affordable condo! Convenient to BC shuttle bus, restaurants and shops. Very clean and well maintained. Parking garage with ski locker a plus. Gas fireplace is nice. Owner provided excellent customer service, supplying lots of useful information and tips. A seamless, no hassle experience. I definitely would recommend to friends. Perfect for a family of four or two couples! We hope to return! A+++++

Great condo - perfect setup for teenagers in a separate room! Great access to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Shuttles were great once we figured them out. Loved having the Outback Steakhouse downstairs as we were too skied out to cook. Thanks for letting us share your condo!

We've all skied many places - especially in Colorado - but never Beaver Creek. It is now one of our favorite ski resorts and we will highly recommend it to our friends! Loved the condo, location, shuttle service and gondola! A very stress free trip!

Great views from your spacious yet cozy condo. Glad your kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to bake a birthday cake! Master bed is just right - firm but not rock-hard. The kids enjoyed the various DVD's, VHS and having their own T.V. in their room for evening entertainment. Broke my thumb 2nd day out (NASTAR racing) and can highly recommend Dr. Randy Viola who repaired it in Vail 2 days later! All-in-all, we had a marvelous vacation thanks in part to your wonderful place!

We had a great time for our first visit to Colorado. We were surprised by the unusally cold weather. We learned to layer up and use hand warmers! Your condo was a great accomodation for us. We learned our way around via the bus - really liked Bachelor Gulch. Vail was so big (and steep!) Thanks for providing great holiday ski memories for our family.

Lovely, clean and comfortable. When we were looking for accomodations online and found this one in Avon, we were very happy. We had vacationed in Avon a few years back and enjoyed the beauty and all the great accomodations. So, we made a great choice. It was decorated for Christmas. Our grandson's wedding in Vail brought us here again. The snow really added to the beauty.

What a great week of skiing! High in the 50's, sunny every day. Your condo was very comfortable especially with a family of five. Bachelor's Gulch was just a wonderful place to relax in the sun, take off the coats, and lay your head back!

We really appreciated your wonderful condo with all the comforts of home , and the convenient proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants and terrific skiing. Not only is the skiing really great, but we discovered the Medical Clinic at the base of Beaver Creek Village. It is top notch at handling ski injuries including follow up physical therapy sessions for our injured shoulder.

We met family to share this condo for a wedding at Beaver Creek. We greatly enjoyed the condo. The weather was unusually hot! Today we rented bikes from Charter Sports and rode from the Black Lakes back to Avon. Spectacular and highly recommended (mostly downhill!) Ate at Fiesta's tonight in Edwards - fantastic Mexican! Thanks for all the amenities.
