Are you looking for a charming, upbeat, fun home in which to enjoy a family vacation or are you looking for a romantic "get-away?" Our home, "At the Beach" is ideal for both situations.

"At the Beach" is located near the south end of the island on a canal in a quiet but friendly neighborhood just a short walk from a seven mile pristine white beach. We are also within walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the beach, the local golf course, a fully managed marina with boat rentals, a good sized shopping center with almost all the stores one would need, and the only theater on the island. If transportation is needed, the local trolley travels up and down the island or taxies and bike rentals are available. Cars may also be rented at the airport or at nearby agencies.
The highlight of our 1800 sq. ft. newly renovated home is the free formed heated swimming pool and beautiful waterfall which are adjacent to our paved lanai. The design of the house allows one to view and acess the pool from three rooms in the house. This entire area is a wonderful outdoor space and can be used for family entertainment or to sit back and relax. The pool also has a sunshelf where the water is only five inches deep. This is a fantastic area for "little ones" to play in or for others to lay down and enjoy the Florida sun. To ensure the safety of children, we also have a portable childproof gate which separates the pool from the lanai area.
Just off the pool area is our dock which can also be used for entertainment. While standing on the dock, many of our guests have enjoyed watching manatees and dolphins swim by or enjoyed an afternoon of fishing.
Our home is also close to Lover's Key State Park and the Bonita/Naples area.

Why the Owner Chose Fairview Isles
We chose Ft. Myers Beach for our home "At the Beach" because of the wonderful weather which can be found most of the year. Being farther south in FL, winters are generally warm (70 degrees) - anything over 50 degrees is warm to us northerners. Being close to the beach, we are fortunate to get the breeze yearlong that comes off the Gulf. We also liked the people who live and visit the island. Everyone is friendly and very helpful.
The Unique Benefits at this House
While staying at the house, one can enjoy relaxing in the pool while listening to the waterfall. Many of our guests enjoy fishing from our pier, and if they are lucky, may see a manatee or dolphin swim by. The highlight of most days is going down to the beach and watching the sunset. It's absolutely beautiful. We personally also love getting up early and taking a walk on the beach where there are few people out. During the summer months, while walking on the beach, one can also do a turtle nest check to see if any of the loggerhead turtles have hatched and found their way to the Gulf....and there's always Times Square to visit for dinner, a snack, a festival or just "people watch," There is always something interesting to do on the beach.
This is the part of the beach that most of our guests go to. It's near the Holiday Inn. One can rent beach chairs, umbrellas and cabanas at this location as well a jet skis.
This drug store stocks a variety of items besides medical supplies - food, beach toys, gifts, cameras, radios, beverages, etc. Good place to pick up something quick.
Very nice size beach plaza that has several restaurants, clothing stores, liquor store, hardware store, gift shops, ice cream shop, Subway, and beauty shop. Great place to get gifts to take home.
Very nice marina where you can rent a boat, purchase bait, go out on a rental cruise, or eat at the Fish House Restaruant.

Greetings from Ft. Myers Beach. My husband and I are snowbirds at heart, so purchasing our home in Ft. Myers Beach was natural for us. After owning a condo for nine years on the bay, we decided to buy a home and settle in. We love the casual atmosphere of the beach and enjoy our lovely, quiet neighborhood. But we also enjoy being close to a variety of amenities when we want them. Within 30 min. of our home you can be at the Naples Phil watching a play or hearing a concert, at one of the many beautiful shopping centers, out at Lover's Key shelling, visiting the Naples zoo, or out for a sunset boat ride on the Gulf. The only word to describe the area is GREAT!
