This vacation house is set in a very quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities necessary for a fun filled Florida vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay especially the pool and the lanai area.

Truly enjoyed our time (too short) at your rental home. All of the amenities listed were exactly as shown. The pool and whirlpool were great. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. In fact, we left the garage door open one night. After discovering this, we were amazed that nothing was missing from the garage and felt safe and secure from that time on. Would recommend your home to anyone wanting a peaceful and serene time away from work and home.

A very comfortable home. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy, heated pool, 3 bedrooms, and well furnished home. The golf courses in the area are challenging and reasonably priced. We will be coming back to this home.

This home is decorated to match it's Florida exterior. We enjoyed the tile floors under our hot feet, the large bedrooms with separate baths and the enclosed pool. Having an attached garage was a bonus as was the gas grill. When we go back to the Ft. Meyers area, this is where we'll stay.

We loved this home...it was are first rental experience and we were not disappointed in any aspect...master bedroom and bath were great,,,,great room and dining area were comfotable and big enough to accomodate our visitors...pool, deck, and spa was the the highlight of the home..neighborhood was very quiet and restful,,,great shopping...movies , restaurants...usually 30 minutes or less away...found a gym 10 minyutes away so i could keep up with my exercise program..would certainly rent this home again....

We were so pleased when we arrived to the house after 26 long hours of driving from Michigan. The hot tub was beyond appreciated. The master bedroom was huge and perfect for us and room to spare for our 18 month old son. With the location close enough to everything but still in quiet neighborhoods we enjoyed daily walks, beaches and shopping. We will certainly be back!

My family and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday in this wonderful vacation rental for the second year in a row. It has all the comforts of your own home and MORE. The weather was perfect and my kids enjoyed the pool daily. We did not want to come back to New Jersey!! We are looking forward to renting your home again next year. As a side note: Martina was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions in a professional and courteous manner.

Me and my wife were looking for a place to stay in the Fort Myers/Lehigh Acres location to visit with the six month old grandchild. I ran across Stans house and must say that we made the right decision by far. The house was beautiful and everything needed was right there. The only time we left was to go to the store. The pictures do not do this house justice. It was very beautiful, well landscaped and had everything you could ever need on a vacation. The pool and hot tub was a great feature also. Especially in the evening times. We will for sure be back and had and awsome time. Thanks Stan for having us.

We had an excellent stay at this rental in Lehigh. My kids spent countless hours in the pool enjoying the Florida sunshine.We were in Lehigh to surprise my grandmother for her 80th birthday and it was so great to have our own space and still be conveniently close to them. Great location. Very satisfied with our stay and with this house. Thanks!

Our travel plans changed at the last minute so we were left looking for basically anywhere in south Florida (east or west) on the week of July 4th, and we got really lucky to have found this place! I ususally plan big sightseeing trips, but I was more than ready for just an R&R vacation - I just wanted a fairly private backyard with a pool to hang out in all day, and this place was PERFECT! Even though it was a little further inland than we were originally looking for that was great too since we weren't nearly as tempted to leave even to go pick up meals, etc.! But there were places pretty close by (grocery stores, drug stores, primarily locally owned restaurants, gas stations, Wal-mart, etc.) so it wasn't like we were in the middle of nowhere either. And when we had some family visit a few days we did end up leaving with them for a bit of sightseeing and dinner, and Fort Meyers, Sanibel, Cape Coral, and Naples, etc. were all just about an hour drive time away at the most. We really liked the house too, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard felt relatively private (since there were no visible neighbors directly behind the house, and we never saw any neighbors on one side), and the view was very pretty. We also loved seeing all the stars out at night and liked the way we felt out in the country since it was so peaceful! It was the perfect R&R spot, and we have already wished we were back there again LOTS of times in the short time we've been home! Also, we literally booked this place the night before we were leaving for FL, and the owner Stan was great to work with! The management company was easy to work with too.

Great Property, exactly as described and pictured

Fab location only minutes drive from all the main shops and amenities. The road and area this is situated in is modern and quite new...as there are some older parts of Lehigh a few streets away. Fully catered for everything here....from cooking pans, to pool toys. House is exactly as pictured, very comfortable and appliances are all in great condition. Master shower is spacious and they layout of the house is very friendly. Pool and house are all very clean, plenty of towels. Stan is very good at communicating and responding to all emails. Would definately be back to this house and recommend to anyone.All fast food joints are in 5-10 mins drive away, so is Publix and Walmart supermarkets. We only stayed here as a couple, but if you have a few more people, it's definately worth getting a villa as opposed to a hotel or B&B. This house made us feel at home and I could have left everything here in the UK behind very easily! Had a few barbques with friends round- all in all a great place to stay.

Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely home. It was just like the photos showed. The only thing that could have made it better was verticals over the sliding door and dining rooms windows. We felt alittle too exposed at night with the lights on inside. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. R&P

We enjoyed our January and February stay at your home in LA. Your house and furnishings were both comfortable and complete. A list of local restaurants was furnished but limited; a few more farther out would have helped. Although the Florida weather was unseasonably cold, the pool and spa were warm and used often. We would consider another stay soon.

Dear Stan & Sue We loved our 3-week stay in your beautiful Lehigh Acres home. Although there were some cold days, we could still enjoy the hot tub. When the weather warmed up we had a great time in the pool. The house has everything anyone could want. We loved the isolation of the country and the little lake in back. Really enjoyed the house, it was more than what we expected. Our 20 month old daughter loved playing with the pool and pool toys that were available to us.
