This home not only has everything you are looking for in a vacation rental in the heart of Sea Pines Harbour Town, it is also stunningly beautiful. Designed by an artist for her own family, the home presents an unusual mix of comfort and beauty that you would expect to find in a model home on HGTV. THIS HOUSE IS A FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE FIRST TEE OF THE 2012 HERITAGE GOLF TOURNAMENT AND ALL THE AMENITIES OF HARBOUR TOWN.
The open floor plan features travertine floors, updated gourmet kitchen with granite coutertops, bathrooms with the latest in vessel sinks and glass showers, a large gas fireplace with hand-painted faux wall finishes, designer furnishings, and artwork from around the world, as well as a large plasma TV with HD. The iron-railing balconies overlook both the great room and one of Sea Pines' many lagoons and golf courses.
There are four good-size bedrooms (two with queen beds and two with both king beds and private balconies) and each with its own full bath and flat screen TV. Children will love the loft that has a double bed, its own television and spectacular view. The living room has high ceilings and large windows that overlook a nicely-landscaped pool, a pond, and the 11th hole of Heron Point Golf Course.
Bicycles are readily available to rent for a short bike ride on safe,dedicated bike paths to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the United States. And, of course, a brief stroll out your front door takes you to Harbour Town golf and the Sea Pines tennis center or to the charm of Harbour Town itself with quaint shops, restaurants, beautiful boats, and live music. Regular live performances for children and frequent appearances by famous recording artists are Harbour Town specials.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have been coming to Hilton Head since 1985. After visiting most of the beaches in the Carolinas we found ourselves always comparing them to Sea Pines and wanting to come back Harbour Town. Sea Pines and Harbour Town specifically, is a unique resort unmatched on the east coast after all of these years. We never found another vacation spot where you can drive, park your car and never need it again to access all of the amenities the resort has to offer. It has every amenity you can think of, Golfing, Tennis, great beaches, salt water fishing, fresh water fishing(right in our own backyard),boating, jet sking, para sailing, paddle surfing, hiking,yoga, bicycle trails, forest preserves and walking paths. Oh I forgot to mention some of the great restaurants on the island along with bars, quaint shops and the coolest playground for kids all right in Harbour Town and a three minute walk from this home.
Gregg Russell, the children's performer, who has been performing for over 35 years under the liberty Oak in Harbour Town has a song called Come away Home. One line in the lyrics is "Harbour Town is calling you home"is so true. Once you visit you will keep coming back!

Our three-generation family spent Christmas week in this VRBO rental and it was perfect for the occasion. The open, bright design of the main floor accommodated 10 people comfortably. Each of the four bedrooms with its own bath (two with balconies and one with a patio) provided privacy, and in addition there was a spacious bedroom loft. First impressions are lasting, and ours will always be of the beautiful scene beyond the almost all-glass living room back wall – lush foliage surrounding the in-ground pool with a view of the golf course and pond beyond. There were three tables at which to eat, and stools at a kitchen counter, so dining could be casual, or formal around a table that seated eight, or in our case, ten by adding a small second table to it. There is something for everyone in Sea Pines, and Harbour Town (a ten-minute walk away) was magical at Christmas with colored lights. We took walks, ate at some of the restaurants – there are many from which to choose, spent time at the ocean beach, road bicycles (easy to rent by the day or week), shopped the boutiques, and enjoyed the Harbour Town outdoor pre-Christmas songfest and lowering of the ball from the lighthouse on New Year’s Eve. Tennis courts were a five-minute walk away, and the house had many board games. It was one of our best Christmases ever and we highly recommend the property to you!

My family got together at this beautiful home this Christmas and had an absolutely wonderful time. This house - with it's fantastic location and great layout - made significant positive contributions to our great times. We often walked to the water's edge in Habor Town and biked to nearby attractions. Would love to return!

We rented the house for a week in October and couldn't have been happier with the accomodations. The house has a very large kitchen and three floors of bedrooms. The place was slightly dirty when we arrived (not horrible by any means), but the rental company stopped by to check on us and they noticed it before we said anything. The entire house was cleaned the next day and we were completely satisfied. We shared the house with two friends of ours who do not have kids, while we have two children under two. We stayed upstairs while they stayed downstairs and there were no noise problems at all. It couldn't have worked out better. The house sits just off of # 11 of the Heron Point golf course and is an easy 5 minute walk to Harbour Towne. This house is perfect for a large family or multiple families sharing a place. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large rental home.

My whole family rented this wonderful Sea Pines home. There were 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. We never felt crowded, and we had plenty of room to gather, eat, play games, and just relax. We did have very small children and the location of this home was ideal. We only had a 5 minute drive to the beach or other areas of Sea Pines, and a 5 minute walk to Harbour Town. The pool was very nice and got plenty of sun for us to enjoy it either in the morning or afternoon. We plan on renting this house again next year - we all had a great time, one of our best family vacations.

My family and I (four people) spent two weeks at this lovely home in Sea Pines near Harbour Town. We had friends stay with us the first week and 5 family members stay the second week. We had more than enough room for everyone. The description of the house and amenities were very accurate. I would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Hilton Head.

We recently had the privilege staying in this wonderful Sea Pines home. The minute we walked in to this home, we felt very comfortable, and were extremely happy with our decision in choosing this rental home for our two week vacation. This home had so much to offer for our family and friends who shared this vacation with us. This was our first experience renting through VBRO, and the owners, Jim and Joanie were so easy to work with. Anytime we e-mailed them a question prior to arriving in Sea Pines, they were extremely efficient in getting back to us to address our questions or concerns. The main floor of this home was very open and inviting with lots of room to prepare a meal and tons of room to sit down and eat as a family. The two bedrooms and bathrooms on this main floor were very open and inviting. The two bedrooms on the second floor were very spacious, had great balconies, and the bathrooms were also very accommodating. The loft bedroom was a very nice bonus room. I expected this room to be hot, and was pleasantly surprised on how cool this room was. Great room for kids or teens to hang out in:) The pool was also very nice, and got some great late morning, early afternoon sun. We loved the location of this home! It is so close to Harbor Town, and really was a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Jim and Joanie: Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home for our summer vacation! We would love to stay in your home the next time we come down to Hilton Head.

My husband, myself, and some friends just spent a week at this amazing house. It had everything you could need for a week of relaxation and fun. This house is walking distance to great restaurants (CJ's in Harbor Town), shopping, and water sports. Relax by the pool, take a bike ride, golf, these are just a few of activities that you can do to unwind! We will definetly return.
