Overlooking pristine Kezar Lake with its panoramic mountain vistas, Kezar Lake House provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for 12-14 people in five bedrooms.
Whether reading in an Adirondack chair under a canopy of pines, fishing, swimming, and boating on the lake, hiking in the White Mountains, golfing or skiing at Sunday River Resort... you'll find our home offers an ideal four season location for a vacation with friends or a reunion with family.
Our comfortable, contemporary, saltbox-style home is situated on a quiet dead-end road on the east shore of Kezar Lake's upper bay in Lovell, Maine. Located in the western lakes and mountains region, Lovell is nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains, just east of the New Hampshire border. It's conveniently located just a short drive to the Maine towns of Bridgton and Bethel and New Hampshire's bustling North Conway.
This spacious home sleeps 12-14 comfortably and is set-up for vacationing with friends and family. There's plenty of room for the whole group to gather together or take some time apart. Kids will love hanging out in the lower level rec room to play ping pong, board games, or watch a movie; adults will enjoy relaxing on the waterview deck or in front of the fireplace.
The home features 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms on three levels. The main level includes the kitchen/dining area/living room with french doors leading to an open deck overlooking the lawn and down to the water's edge. A brick fireplace graces the living room. Also on the main level is the master bedroom (with a private full bath and walk-in closet), laundry room with washer/dryer, and a half bath. Three additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a balcony sitting area, a full bath, and a 3/4 bath. The lower level features yet another bedroom, full bathroom, sitting area, and rec room with kitchenette. All bedrooms except the second floor bunk room feature lake views.

The Waterfront
The house is situated about 250' from the lake with waterfront and mountain views, through a buffer of shrubs, blueberry bushes, and trees to maintain the natural beauty of the lake. The shared dirt path that runs across the backyard leads--in one direction--to shared Westways amenities: boat dock, small sandy gradual entrance swimming area perfect for kids and field with swing/play set. Feel free to bring your boat, or better still, use the canoe and two kayaks we provide. The Westways association also has a rec hall with old-fashioned two-lane bowling alley, pool table, clay tennis court, and softball field. There are plenty of paths and dirt roads for walking and exploring.
