Our cozy colorful cottage on Lake Chatuge is designed with fun in mind, in bold colors and an artsy, island theme. Named Trinidad and Tobago, the two 1 bedroom/1 bath units are decorated with hand painted furniture in the whimsical style of a well known Atlanta artist.
Relax into an Adirondack chair on the screened porch surrounded by trees or walk through the woods to the lake and enjoy the dock. Our mountain air is famous for deep sleep and may keep you dreaming well into the morning.
In the beautiful Nantahala Mountains surrounding Lake Chatuge you will discover hiking trails, horseback riding, clear rushing trout streams, and waterfalls. A short drive takes you to the Campbell Folk School, Goldhagen Glass Studio, Georgia Mountain Fair, Brasstown Resort, Standing Indian State Park and the Appalachian Trail. Great restaurants, authentic country music, antique shops, galleries, and bait shops are also near.
We look forward to welcoming you. |
