Vasari Country Club which won community of the year in 2004 is a gated community with a par 72 championship golf course. Other on site amenities include a state of the art exercise facility, 6 Hard-Tru lighted tennis courts, several community pools, and a children's play area. Additionally, Vasari's clubhouse offers both casual and fine dining options. All of these amenities, including playing Free Golf (only pay cart fee) are yours by paying a one time transfer fee ($424).

Pamper yourself in this brand new (Sept 05) luxurious condominium which has over 1700 sq ft and looks over Vasari's 40 acre lake. This 2nd floor unit has many upgrades including volume ceilings, tile floors, granite counter tops, and Tommy Bahama style furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and his & hers walk in closets. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with pillow top mattresses and has a full bathroom adjacent to it. Additionally, there is a den with a queen size sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, along with a breakfast nook. In the family room there is plenty of seating to watch your favorite shows on the 42 inch HD flat screen TV. Additionally, there are TV's/VCR's/DVD's in both the master bedroom and den. Finally, to help keep you comfortable, there are ceiling fans in all rooms, including the lanai.
