This Summit County, Colorado three bedroom, three bath condo is centrally located to several major ski and summer resorts, including Keystone (10 mins), Breckenridge (15 mins), Copper Mountain (10 mins), and Arapahoe Basin (15 mins). The condo is nestled in an area above Lake Dillon known as Wildernest.
Trail-head hiking and mountain biking trails start 20 yards from the front of the condo. The Blue River (world class fly fishing) is 10 mins away at the bottom of the hill. Note, the Mesa Cortina trail is one example of one, that starts right at the condo.
A full service grocery store (CityMarket) is 15 mins away at bottom of hill, and Premium Outlet Stores are 10 mins away (Polo, Nike, etc)
Sit by the fireplace, or sit with a cold beer, or a warm cup of cocoa on the deck with fantastic views of the mountains. The place sleeps 8 comfortably in beds - 3 bedrooms - 2 of the 3 bedrooms (which includes the loft) have a private bath, the master has a king bed, queen in the other 2 bedrooms and a comfy pull out sofa bed in living room/ all rooms have tv's.
The Gore Trail Development has it's own clubhouse, including indoor/outdoor whirlpools.
