We spent a week in Oct in this condo. It is a wonderful place to stay while in Maui! It's so beautiful,clean,quiet and has everything you need. The beach supplies were well used. The location is good and it's one of the nicest resorts in the area. The bed is the best! We highly recommend it! We will stay there again. Terri & Chris Graber Berwick, PA

Great Maui Condo

My Wife and I stayed here 10 days while attending my neice's wedding. This place was perfect for us. Everything we needed was in the condo. The comfotable beach chairs certainly came in handy. We had family members over and each one said how much they liked the condo. I did not like the grill in the parking lot,but a few steps further to the pool were 2 grills and tables and chairs in a beautiful setting for cookouts. The wedding was wonderful and Maui is beautiful. When we come back we definitely would like to stay here again.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Very Comfortable Condo

We stayed here for a week in June 2011 with our two teens and it was very comfortable - large enough for our family for the week. The two bathrooms was a real plus, as was having a washer/dryer. The a/c worked well when we needed it. We loved the little patio and garden, where we could listen to the birds and smell the flowers. The whole complex is nicely landscaped and quiet, which is what we were looking for. It was also nice to just walk across the street to the beach to watch the sunset. The condo was very clean, and had a well equipped kitchen. There are bbqs scattered throughout the complex, and one is right near the condo. The condo has a lot of beach stuff - chairs, an umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear, and towels. We loved that this condo was comfortable to 'hang out' at, quiet, and very near the Wailea beaches (just turn left out of the condo entrance and you are almost in Wailea). The beaches in Wailea are gorgeous! We really enjoyed our stay.

This condo was very clean. It had everything you needed, the kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked with everything you needed. It also had beach towels, ice chest, snorkel gear, and beach chairs. This was a very quiet place to stay. I would highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I stayed for a week in May and absolutely loved the condo! The pictures don't truly show the comfort of this place. The bed was absolutely amazing! We actually slept better here than at home and this never happens when on vacation when you're not in your own bed. We both loved the plush carpet and my husband kicked back everyday on the easy chair. It really felt like a home and not a rental. As described the Hassett's have every amenity you can ever want; all the beach items, chairs, coolers, towels, sunblock, umbrellas and many magazines about the area, stereo for a little island music and plenty of counter space in the bathroom! I have to say, one of my favorite parts of this home is the kitchen! I love to cook and the Hassett's have everything needed to make gourmet meals. The pot/pan collection is high end, cooking utensils for everything, including new BBQ tongs and spatula, and the best, every spice you can think of or need. The location is perfect! A short walk across the beach to watch sunset, a left turn out of the complex to run towards Wailea's 5 star hotels for your morning jog, or a stroll brings you to several beaches or a restaurant for a quick bite and drink. Maui is one of my favorite places and staying here made it even more wonderful! Thank you very much Bonnie and Bill!! We'll be back (hopefully soon!)

Perfect for our family with young kids

What a relaxing home base for our Maui vacation! Very quiet with nice afternoon breezes off the ocean. The condo has 2 patios, one with a small grassy area that is fairly enclosed. Great to have a space where the girls could play outside on their own with no worries about their falling off a balcony. The furnishings and appliances are like new. We appreciated having a full kitchen to make breakfast and snacks for the kids. The free wi-fi worked well. Nice bathtub with sprayer hose for rinsing small children. Well stocked with sand toys, beach towels, and floaties - more gear than we used. Wonderful to have an in unit washer/dryer, so we could pack fewer clothes. The pool is a short walk away. Kids can stand in the water as It's 3 ft to 4 ft deep. The girls asked to go every afternoon, even though they had been to the beach in the morning. The complex is a five minute drive from the nicest and calmest beach we've found on Maui, and a large playground is 5 minutes in the other direction. Bonnie and Bill, We just wanted to thank you for letting us use your Maui condo. It made a wonderful home base for our family as we explored Maui for the very first time. We really appreciate all the amenities available to us such as washer/dryer, cooking spices, coolers and beach gear. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Everything was very comfortable and the place was also very clean. We will not hesitate in recommending your place to family and friends. We hope to return one day too! The Tremaine family

We just returned from spending 10 days in your beautiful condo. What a wonderful time! The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed. Having the beach umbrellas/chairs was especially nice as I have very fair skin and cannot be out in the sun for too long. The grounds at Maui Kamaole are beautiful and very well kept. Having the grill right outside the condo was great, too and we used it several times while we were there. Our son enjoyed the pool, it's very close to the condo but far enough away that you aren't disturbed by any noise during the evening. The best part, of course, were the beaches, within easy walking distance. All in all, an excellent vacation, we hope to go back next winter and are telling all our family and friends to stay at Maui Kamaole!

We have stayed in several condos while visiting Maui in the past, but we found Maui Kamaole to be the most conveniently located - you can walk to beaches, walk to restaurants. This condo in particular, we found to be very well stocked with whatever you need for the beach. Also, it is the most spotless condo we have ever stayed in. We hope to return to the same condo next year!

We spent 6 days in this condo in May 2009 on a 2 week trip that included Honolulu, Maui, and the Big Island. This proved to be the most relaxing! The location is great-beautiful beaches to the north and south just down the road! The condo grounds were beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. This unit had great access to the pool, but not too close that swimmers might disturb you. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed as our home away from home. We loved having breakfast outside on the lanai every morning, listening to bird sounds we have never heard before. A great convenience was using the beach umbrellas, coolers, chairs, etc that were there. All sorts of restaurants nearby to fit any budget. Grilled outside while we were there as well. This was our trip of a lifetime-we are so glad we spent a week here! Nancy and Bob
