The great room, with a honed-marble kitchen island and huge round dining table, is the perfect place to gather for visiting, relaxing, and sharing a meal or two. A gorgeous area rug, wrap-around couch facing the fireplace, breathtaking views (see photo), and a ceiling fan to keep the air moving, complete the decor. Satellite TV, excellent sound system, and the owner's selection of books and games, make this a wonderful space for all ages.
There is a large master bedroom, with king size bed, large TV, and gorgeous decor (see photo). A second bedroom with a queen size bed is equally lovely. The two baths, one off the master bedroom, one between the study and the second bedroom, are ready for guests to feel at home. A full laundry, with special built-ins for ski gear, is accessible from the garage and the home's interior.
The study, off the front hall, has a pull-out sofa bed and a TV and closet to make it a second living room or additional private sleeping space. It's also the ideal place to plug in your laptop and do a bit of work while enjoying the lovely mountain view.
Best of all for the kids, this house has an unfinished basement with radiant heated concrete floor (cozy! warm!), a TV, sound system, futon bed, and pool table. Bring your rollerblades, or just work on your game--this is a special gathering space.
Trapper's Ridge includes a clubhouse with gym, ping pong, hot tub, and, in the summer, a swimming pool with stunning views. The Wolf Creek Club house, a mile down the road, has restaurants, shops, and sporting goods. Located just minutes from Powder Mountain, Snow Basin, Wolf Mountain, and the Pineview Reservoir, this is a year-round paradise. The home is private, quiet, situated with dead-on views of the reservoir, yet all the amenities of breathtaking Ogden Valley and the Wasatch Front are just outside your door.
