Newly furnished in an immaculate, brand new, single-story home that is over 1650 square feet was just built in May 2005. This property is located in a beautiful unique city of hot mineral water spring spas.
With a nice open floorplan, the spacious living room is tastefully adorned that includes a large screen TV with over 600 cable channels (HBO, Cinemax, and Starz) along with a DVD player. The contemporary furnishings and paintings compliment this beautiful home and provide all the comfort that you will need in a vacation home.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen with bar stools, where you can cook with all the kitchenware provided along with a dining area. There is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet, king sleigh bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds and is separated from the third bedroom with a bathroom/shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All linens and furniture are of high quality, adding to your wonderful get-away.
This newly built home is situated only ten minutes away from downtown Palm Springs. There are restaurants, shopping, nightlife, casinos, PGA West golf courses, street fairs (Thursday), Flea Markets (Saturday and Sunday). Cabazon Outlet featuring over 100 designer stores is located 20 minutes away. Also, there are numerous different recreational sports/activities to choose from that are close by.
* Also, there is a swimming pool/spa aquarium with mineral hot springs water located 3 miles away. Cheap fee of $3-$6 dollars to have access to pool.
