Everything you could want for a family vacation, just minutes from Bethany Beach. "The Quiet Resort" offers an award-winning 27-hole Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course, a wide range of area championship golf courses, two outdoor and one indoor swimming pools (2 toddler pools), a brand new toddler playground, five Har Tru tennis courts, a fitness center, jacuzzi and sauna.

There are numerous fine restaurants in the area and a full-service restaurant at the Bear Trap Dunes Club House. During the summer season take the complimentary beach shuttle to Bethany Beach. Enjoy Ocean City, Maryland (15 minutes away) for lots of activities for the entire family. Some of those activities include amusement parks, miniature golf, and lots of movie theatres or take advantage of the tax-free outlet shopping in Rehoboth.

Our new, luxury Townhome has all the amenities you could want. The spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, 36" flat screen TV, DVD and CD players, dining area that seats eight and a fully-equipped kitchen is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and original artwork. The tiled powder room and laundry room, conveniently located on the first floor, are adjacent to a one-car garage, good for storing your bikes, golf equipment and the beach chairs available for your use.

The master suite, with a queen size bed, 27" TV, DVD player and private full size bath is also on the first floor. Upstairs, the two bedrooms lead to a shared bathroom. One bedroom has two double beds and the other has a daybed that opens to either a full size or two twin beds. This bedroom is also equipped with a TV and DVD player. All bedrooms have alarm clocks, brand new, top quality mattresses, pillows, blankets and attractive décor.

You can relax in the gaily-decorated screened porch that leads to a deck with a gas grill and outdoor table and chairs. Guests are invited to enjoy the variety of books, CD’s, videos and kids games at the house.

Weekly and partial week rentals are available off-season - ideal for those end-of-season beach getaways or long golf weekends. Check-in is Saturday through Saturday for weekly rentals.

This is strictly a NO SMOKING, NO PETS unit.
