Would happily stay at this property again!

What a wonderful experience! This house could not have been more perfect for a family get together. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space, bathrooms, and beds for everyone to stay very comfortably. The neighborhood was quiet, very close to the water and the evening sky was as clear as it comes. 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful house and hosts

The hosts were extremely responsive and the house was beautiful. This was a perfect jumping off point for our trip to Traverse City. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the region.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We were able to give each family their own floor of the house which was excellent. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent and the owners were in contact with us to answer all our questions and ensure checkin was smooth. It was an easy 10 min walk to Long Lake but the area closest to the neighborhood is private access and the neighbors ensured nobody used this private area. It was an additional 10 min walk to get to the public beach on a fairly busy road without sidewalks. If traveling with young kids a stroller would be helpful for this portion of the walk or plan to drive. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a unique opportunity to rent our beautiful home available for just 8 weeks in the summer while we are work at Interlochen Arts Camp and our family is staying in a cabin on the Interlochen campus.
We love our home and want to open it to vacationers this summer so they can enjoy the beauty of Nothern Michigan with their families, friends and loved ones. This is the perfect vacation home to build lifetime memories.

What makes this property unique

This elegant home is located in a beautiful wooded setting. You can turn right out of the driveway and walk down to Long Lake beach and boat launch. The beach has sand volleyball courts and picnic areas. Long Lake is known as the perfect lake for swimming, waterskiing and fishing......Or turn Left out of the driveway and 1 mile down the road is the quieter and less know Cedar Lake boat launch and fishing, where my husband has pulled large bass and pike out of Cedar Lake.
This area also has maintained hiking trails for family hikes.
