Located between the Florida-Alabama line and Perdido Pass, the Regency Isle provides both an outdoor and indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, easy beach access, large BBQ pavilion, fitness room and sauna.

Located on the 6th floor, this professionally furnished and decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath overlooks the Gulf of Mexico in elegant West Indies style. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with an adjoining spa bathtub and separate shower. The guest room has a queen bed and the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This unit comes equipped with tiled floors, granite kitchen countertops, wet bar, and large gulf-front balcony.

    My family just returned from our annual summer vacation at the beach during the July 4th holiday. I wanted to pass along the beach is the best I have seen in years. No pesky marine life, i.e. jellyfish or man-of-war. The weather was perfect except for one day of rain. I went deep sea fishing for 8 hours and caught our limit of red snapper plus a 16 pound black grouper and 10 pound red grouper. I would like thank everyone for the kind comments on this site and the guest book. We hope everyone has a great time in our unit and on the beach. Thanks. Andrew

  • We recently stayed at the Regency Isle in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our condo was beautiful and spacious. Some other family and friends also stayed there, but went through a real estate agency. By going through VRBO, we paid significantly less than they did for exactly the same amount of space and amenities. Of course they all plan to use VRBO next time they travel.

  • We had a great time in the condo, it was very nice and convenient to everything. We personally didn't cook at all while we were at the condo but you may need to put up a backsplash behind the stove area because there is grease all over the wall from people cooking. The condo was beautiful and I hope we can stay there again.

  • We looked for a couple of weeks on the net for the perect view and this Condo far exceded everything we wanted. The whole complex is very well equiped with an indoor pool, excercise room, etc. This condo is decorated in a beautiful professional way. We looked at other units while we were there, and this was the BEST. We will definitely be back!! The owner's are very friendly and accomodating:)

  • Fantastic beachfront condo with spectacular views of the Gulf. The balcony, which spans the entire width of the condo and has access from the living room and master bedroom, is marvelous for meals. This condominium is very clean and modern and comfortable; is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping; and has all the amenities you'd expect from a first-class resort location. And it's about a 90-second walk from your front door to the beach. We found the condo owners to be accurate in their descriptions and very easy to work with. We'll be back.

  • Our trip was made so wonderful because of this awesome condo. It has everything you could possibly need! The beach was perfect and the balcony, so relaxing. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony and watched the dolphins play! And we served dinner on the balcony a few nights with the moonlight on the water. It was fabulous!   • We have been coming to the beach for 20 years and this is the best condo by far. We had a wonderful three weeks and have already booked a month for the fall. It has everything you need and the amenities, epeciall the gas grills, are so nice. You will not be disappointed!
