Why stay in a studio when our bright and cozy true one bedroom beautifully furnished condo has all the comforts of home? When entering our condo, you walk into the kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings and the 3 windows provide you with a view of Snowflake Lift and Baldy Mountain. In the morning sit at the dining table and sip a cup of coffee and watch the skiers go by on the lift and maybe even catch a view of a fox. At the end of the day, enjoy the leather couch and comfortable reading car with ottoman and watch our new flat screen TV while enjoying the gas fireplace with a glass of wine.
The well equipped kitchen has all the amenities, basic seasonings, quality pots/pans, matching dishes, cabinet for food storage and a pantry closet with small shelves and hanging area. Also, above the gas fireplace is a cabinet for extra storage (with outlets). This makes it easy to stow and charge your laptops, cell phones and Ipod charging equipement.
The seperate bedroom has a window, colorado style log queen size bed with a pillow top mattress, large under bed drawers for storage, large closet with 4 shelves and hanging area, mirror with a shelf and small bedside tables. The bedroom is also equipped with cable flat screen TV.
The bathroom had a large vanity with 2 drawers for storage and room underneath for more "stuff".
The building is equipped with a sauna, indoor/outdoor hot tub and steam room. If that is not enough there is a small work out room and a lobby equipped with TV. Ski rentals are nearby and plenty of shopping, restaurants in downtown Breckenridge.
Don't forget that the heated indoor parking, private ski locker, in-floor radiant heating, on-site coin operated laundry facility, elevator and secure building entrance are all provided in this beautiful condominium. Tyra Riverbend is just steps away from Snowflake Lift and is located just three blocks from downtown Breckenridge. Our condo is located at the base of hiking trails and nearby fishing in the summer months. This complex is on the shuttle bus route. This is a NON SMOKING Condo and NO PETS are permitted.

Year Purchased: 2005
Our family has been enjoying the Colorado mountains since 1995. We love the skiing, hiking, biking and the town of Breckenridge. We have two great daughters who just graduated college (hooray) and love to come to the mountains when they can. We have two golden retrievors, Remi and Bailey, that are certified therapy dogs. They love visiting patients at the local hospital and the assisted living facility. Someday we would love to turn them into "mountain" dogs. Although we wish we could always be in the mountains... we keep working and volunteering with our dogs. I manage the propery myself - so it is extremely well taken care of by someone who cares and not a rental agency. I take great pride in our condos! We put a lot of thought and effort to make them comfortable place for folks to enjoy.
Why the Owner Chose Tyra IV Riverbend Lodge
Since 1995, we had rented many places in different Colorado ski resort. Breckenridge was by far our favorite place to stay. In 2004 we actually rented a unit at Tyra Riverbend. We loved the location and the building amenties. We purchased our unit in 2005 and think it is a great place for others to experience.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
In the winter, we love to look out the windows in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the Snowflake lift start up and at the end of the day doing the same but not with a cup of coffee. The fully equipped kitchen makes it extremely easy to eat in. The location is excellent whether you want to ski or go downtown. We think it is in the best location in Breckenridge. In the summer months - I love to watch Baldy Mountain change colors as the sun sets. Also, there is a hiking trail located directly behind our building . It is a beautiful trail that leads you to a reservoir which has a trail around it and places to rest and enjoy the quietness of the mountains. Some folks even enjoy the fishing.

Great condo, great location, exactly as described! The customer service provided by Leann was beyond outstanding. Emails promptly returned, additional questions answered, all around great service. Condo is just steps away from snowflake lift, you can open your blinds in the morning and see the lift running, ski rentals and lift tickets just as close. Highly recommended!!!!!

My wife and I stayed in this condo in September. The condo was in great shape and is well maintained. Its in a great location right next to the ski life loading area (no skiing in Sept, tho). You can walk to town from the condo. There is also indoor heated parking. Everything worked great including the fridge, coffee maker, etc. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and I would recommend it for a couple looking to get away to hike, bike or ski. Thanks!!!

If you're looking for a true ski-in, ski-out, look no further. The heated garage to get suited up in the morning and down in the afternoon is only icing on the cake. Nothing like jumping on the ski lift after only 50 paces from the door of your condo! Condo is very comfortable and well appointed. Watch the skiers on the Snowflake lift go up the mountain from the comfort of this condo. Two flat screens, wi-fi, fire place and hot cup of coffee make for the perfect day after you come off the slopes! Highly recommend.
