SKI-IN/SKI-OUT- Enjoy the beautiful view of Snowflake lift, aspen and pine trees while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Our quiet and cozy beautifully furnished unit with vaulted ceilings has all the comforts of home. The building is equipped with a sauna, indoor/outdoor hot tub and steam room. If that is not enough there is a small work out room.
Our one bedroom condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities to make your stay truly comfortable. The living area is furnished with a counter height dining table that seats four, leather sofa which pulls out to a queen-size bed, comfortable reading chair, gas fireplace and TV. The bedroom has a queen-size log bed with a pillow top mattress, under bed storage, large closet and is also equipped with cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality cookware, flatware and service utensils.
Indoor heated parking, private ski locker, in-floor radiant heating, on-site laundry facility, elevator and secure building entrance are all provided in this beautiful condominium. Tyra Riverbend is just steps away from Snowflake Lift and is located just three blocks from downtown Breckenridge. Our condo is located at the base of hiking trails and nearby fishing in the summer months. This complex is on the shuttle bus route. This is a NON SMOKING Condo and NO PETS are permitted.

Year Purchased: 2005
We love the skiing, hiking, the concerts during the summer months and the town of Breckenridge. We have been enjoying the Colorado mountains since 1995. When our children graduate from college we would like to make Breckenridge our home. In the meantime we keep working and volunteering with our two therapy dogs by weekly visits to a hospital and assisted living facility in New Jersey.
Why the Owner Chose Tyra IV Riverbend Lodge
Since 1995, we had rented many places in different Colorado ski resort. Breckenridge was by far our favorite place to stay. In 2004 we actually rented a unit at Tyra Riverbend. We loved the location and the building amenties. We purchased our unit in 2005 and made it our second home.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
In the winter, we love to look out the windows in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the Snowflake lift start up and at the end of the day doing the same but not with a cup of coffee. The fully equipped kitchen makes it extremely easy to eat in. The location is excellent whether you want to ski or go downtown.
