Upon entering "Conch Out", you begin to feel that a great vacation has begun. Casual island decor, bamboo furnishings, tile floors throughout offers a relaxing ambience. An open living/dining/kitchen with large bar area looks out onto tile patio area just a few steps from your boat slip.
The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, which can be made into twin beds if desired;and a private bath with tile tub/shower. The Guest bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to king,tiled shower bathroom directly across hall. Additional sleeping is provided with a double Aerobed and the couch is extra wide for one guest.
Having your boat or rental docked behind the condo makes each day a new adventure. Fish cleaning table with waterhose and outside shower for rinsing off. Dockage will accomodate a 10.6' beam boat, free electrical power.

- Treasure Cay Beach is just a short walk from "Conch Out". Ride the bikes or rental golf cart and access the 3 mile white powdery sand beach, by the CoCo Beach Bar and Grill or any "Greenway to the Beach" sign along the uncrowded beachfront. The beach grill serves delicious food and spirits while you take in the view of the brillant turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco, and the out islands beyond to be explored by boat or ferry. In the evening, the Spinnaker Restaurant, a quick walk from the condo, serves delicious food in a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. Later in the evening, special Bahamian music and DJ "Chris the Burner" cranks up at Tipsy Seagull Bar located adjacent to the restaurant under a large gazebo with pool. Every Thursday night is Pizza Night under the gazebo, eat in or take out. From the condo patio, view the evening skies upon returning by the lighted walkways.

Low Season .. (Sep-Jan) .................. $1000/week.
$200 Refundable Security Deposit.
Monthly rental available with special rate.
50% Deposit at booking; balance due 30 days before arrival.
One time fee for opening, closing, $80 Cleaning Fee
100% Refund 30 days before arrival date, 50% refund 15 days prior to rental.
Full Refund, less 10% handling fee if week can be re-rented.
