Located 350 yards from Kiawah's extraordinary new hotel, The Sanctuary, with it's exceptional restaurants, bars, and spa; 200 yards from East Beach Village (which includes a food court, restaurant and small food store); and 350 yards from one of The Travel Channel's 10 best USA beaches-10 miles of pristine sand and dunes.

The Villa is also just a 2-min walk to the popular Night Heron Park where there is activities for the whole family. Night Heron Park has a nature center, pool complex, full service snack bar, playground, and sports facilities. This is also where the popular Kiawah Kids Camp is located.

This 1st floor "Premier" Villa has been totally renovated in June 2005 with all new: furniture, bamboo floors, paint, appliances, countertops, bathrooms, window coverings...and even two brand new Plasma TV's. The Master Suite with its Contemporary style and colors hosts a beautiful king bed with a 30" Flat-Screen TV for your viewing pleasure, and connects to an elegant marble-filled Master Bath featuring a walk-in shower custom made for two that contains dual Rainshower and Hand-wash shower heads. Relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa and loveseat or lounge chair and ottoman, and view the incredible 42" Plasma TV with expanded channel cable service. Sliding glass doors in the living room open to a private screened deck built for relaxation, eating, or just sipping on drinks. The beautifully remodeled Guest bedroom has 2 new twin beds and has its own private bathroom.

  • My husband and I were one of the first guests in this gorgeously remodeled Villa. Absolutely everything is new and top of the line. It is VERY convenient to everything. Every morning we walked over to the Market at Town Center for breakfast, and in the evening we often enjoyed watching the deer that enjoyed this Island also. In all our travels we never saw such an expansive and clean beach. This was our first visit to Kiawah and we will definitely return. We loved it! Mary Anne
