designer, this 1300 square foot condo has an open kitchen that overlooks the dining room and great room. With two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, it also features an open patio with a gas barbeque located just off of the great room. A beautiful large pool and spa is just a short walk.
This cozy condo located in the prime area of the complex, is extremely quiet, great for families, or a couples getaway. The property is expertly landscaped with mature trees and abundant grass areas creating a lush park-like setting year-round. A beautiful lake located conveniently within walking distance is perfect for walks on the paths that go for miles along the golf course and lake with views of the mountains and gorgeous sunsets.
The great room features a custom gas fireplace and entrance to the charming patio. It has a large pull-out sofa bed, convenient for extra guests, and a recliner. A built-in Tv/Dvd and stereo makes it perfect for entertaining.
The Master Suite has a large comfy King-size bed, delightfully decorated, with a Tv-vcr, alarm clock, spacious dresser, and night stands. The Master Bathroom is beautiful and accessible with a walk-in closet, separate shower, Jacuzzi bath tub, double sink.
The second Bedroom is separate from the Master. It is perfect for children with 2 twin beds, or can easily be made into a King bed convenient for another couple. The 2nd bathroom features a bath tub/shower just off the bedroom. Ceiling fans are in every room and wood shutters are throughout the home, convenient for light control. Central air conditioning and a large washer and dryer are included, plus a single attached garage just off the kitchen.
