That is where you will be located on Atlantic Avenue and find this newly remodeled, two-unit house. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
* THE THREE BEDROOM UPSTAIRS UNIT features A new eat-in kitchen with vaulted ceiling, breakfast bar, ceramic tile floors - they look great and easy clean-up. The brand-new bath has a vaulted ceiling and jetted tub. The large living room has a sofa. Also a trundle bed in the sunroom.
There is 1 queen-size bedrooms, one with two full-size,1 with a twin bunk W/full size futon under.All of the bedrooms have ocean views, two bedrooms have sliders to private decks, one with oceanview while the other has harbor views. From the sunroom with Fireplace enjoy spectacular sunsets, overlooking the Harbor and Rachel Carson Waterway. The sunroom has dining area and sitting/sleeping area.
*THE TWO BEDROOM LOWER LEVEL UNIT: very nautically decorated with light and white washed interior for relaxed beach feel. The eat in kitchen also breakfast bar. Newly renovated living room has full-size click clack bed & 2 pull out chairs(twin size.2 sliding doors,a 5ft sliding window & 2 smaller windows.There is also one king-size bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. Washer & dryer.
*please note this unit is lowerlevel views can only be seen from outside on patio area.
*An outdoor shower is available for both units, for after-beach shower.
Step across the street, to the great sandy section of Wells Beach. no crowds, and located near Jetti. When high tide comes in there is still plenty of beach. When you want a break from the beach, sit back and watch the boats in the Harbor at low tide. The kids can explore, lots of wildlife to view!
The House is approximately one mile to Wells Beach Center. Arcade, stores, food, etc. is just two miles on Route 1. The home is close to unlimited attractions such as: eight miles to York's Wild Kingdom and six miles to Ogunquit (Perkins Cove). Kennebunkport, Old Orchard, and more are all within 20 minutes.
