This peaceful villa is situated in the Meadows Golf & Country Club community. It is located on a quiet, private street, filled with single family homes. Inside the ground-floor villa are all the comforts of your home.
The villa is filled with lots of light and just a few steps to one of two swimming pools, and a scenic walking and bike trail.
Your home-away-from-home was recently renovated and filled with decorator furnishings including a new master bath suite. A new roof and exterior paint was also just completed.
The Master Suite has a Queen-sized bed with down-pillows galore, 2 walk-in closets, TV/DVD, a private bath/shower/toilet and a large dressing area with 2 sinks. The tastefully decorated guest bedroom also has a Queen-sized bed, sliding door to patio, empty closets and TV/DVD.
The den includes table/desk area perfect to enjoy breakfast overlooking the patio. It can also be used as an extra bedroom with an air mattress. There is a sleeper sofa, love seat and two chairs in the living room along with a large TV, DVD player, stereo in the entertainment unit. There are many closets throughout the villa that are empty and ready for your items. The kitchen has all new amenities with everything you will need to make meals at home. On the patio is a large table, 6 chairs and a gas grill. In the 2 car attached garage, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, ping pong table, basketball hoop, bocce ball set, snorkeling equipment, and more. There is a pool right outside the door and another one 1/2 block away.
The 18-hole championship Golf Course offers a rewarding golf experience; golf club membership can be transferred to you for a $175 transfer fee which covers the entire length of your stay. With your guest membership, there are no monthly fees, just greens/cart fees.
Visit the beautiful and newly renovated clubhouse with restaurant and 2 lounges for casual and formal dining. There is also a pool/lounge area that was completed in Jan 2007. Relax and unwind in the state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna, spa, and showers. You will also have use of the many lighted tennis courts that the Meadows is so well known for, the golf driving range, putting green, and miles of peaceful walking and bike paths.

Villa Majorca was very spacious and nicely furnished. Everything was provided that you could ask for. The month of March was so beautiful. The area is pleasant and quiet and great for walking the many trails.
