A special oceanfront property in quiet Ormond-by-the-Sea. This two bedroom, two bath END unit was completely remodeled with new tile and wood floors, paint, cabinets and appliances. It has a sweeping panorama of the Atlantic with dramatic views from almost every room. Large side windows and two separate sliding doors let you look down the pristine non-drive, undeveloped beach, rare for a first floor unit. And being on the first floor on the end gives you the feeling of being in your own oceanfront cottage, yet with all the amenities of a well-kept, beautifully landscaped 33-unit Condo complex.
Thirty steps from your patio (across the lawn, through a wrought iron gate and across Old AIA) is the private beach access walkover. Or walk twenty steps the other way across the lawn to the oceanview pool. The beach is never crowded and allows no beach driving. The tastefully decorated living room and dining area features a pullout twin sofa bed and two reclining chairs, all overlooking the ocean. The ocean-view master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, large window and slider to the patio. The kitchen has a brand new dishwasher, stove, disposal and microwave. Had a wonderful time. Condo very reasonably priced and very accommodating. We visited the manatees at Blue Springs State Park and historic St. Augustine. Local restaurants were great. Good food and very friendly people. It is five minutes from our son and his family. We will definitely consider renting again. We actually liked the ground floor, corner location. We had a patio rather than a balcony.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our first time renting a condo and we were a bit worried it would not be as described. It was exactly as described. Place was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. It is in a quiet area and the beach is just steps away.

Condo was exactly as described and very well maintained. Our family had a wonderful time, the pool was very clean and blue and the walkway to the ocean was just across the street. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience and great getaway. Ormond by the Sea is a very relaxing easy going town and all the tourism you would want is a short 10 minute drive to Daytona Beach.

This condo was immaculately clean, and everything was working properly. We especially appreciated having the washer/dryer right there. Dawn was very professional and friendly, and when she said she was going to do something she did it immediately. I can't reccomend Dawn highly enough as someone to rent from. On our next trip to Florida, we will consider her properties first. Jack W. King, NC
