Large side windows and two separate sliding doors let you look down the pristine non-drive, undeveloped beach, rare for a first floor unit. And being on the first floor on the end gives you the feeling of being in your own oceanfront cottage, yet with all the amenities of a well-kept, beautifully landscaped 33-unit Condo complex.
Thirty steps from your patio (across the lawn, through a wrought iron gate and across Old AIA) is the private beach access walkover. Or walk twenty steps the other way across the lawn to the oceanview pool. The beach is never crowded and allows no beach driving.
