  I have to admit that this was one of my first "condo" experiences, since we normally stay at the house that our family has on the beach. But, we definitely picked the right condo, and I was thrilled with our week-long stay! I am a mother of two young kiddos (4 and 2), and the one-story condo with two bedrooms, balcony and prime location was perfect! My husband and I loved the spacious, master suite, and the upgraded bathroom with double-head shower was a nice surprise! The twin beds in the second bedroom provided the perfect sleeping arrangements for my children, with the second bathroom right next door for midnight potty breaks. The kitchen was very nice, and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus. I also appreciated the size of the dining area/den, which provided lots of additional space for relaxing, movie watching, etc. It was also very quiet at night, which is invaluable as a mother with kids that are asleep by 8pm. The second-story rental allowed for a quick trip to the beach, and you could see the pool below, as soon as you walked outside. And we also enjoyed the included beach chairs each day, especially since we were out there early enough to choose the best spots! What a great condo experience we had at this mainsail property!

  Great place to stay!! Very nice condo and the owners are wonderful to work with. Everything went according to plan with no suprises!!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  Thanks for the great condo to stay in. It is a beautiful unit and everything works! The Mainsail is a great vacation resort. This unit is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in and the owner is great to work with.

  What a delightful two weeks! We've rented many different places at Mainsail and this unit has it all-- a well-stocked kitchen, nice TVs, and comfortable living room furniture and beds. The walk-in shower in the master bath is awesome. The owner is wonderful to work with--and we got a great deal on top of it all!

  WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL. I cannot say enough good things about the condo or the owners. The owners were fabulous to work with, very accommodating. The unit is absolutely beautiful and we definitely hope to return next year.

  I just want to drop you a note saying we loved your condo. We went with 5 other couples and out of all the condos we rented, yours was the nicest. Also, very well stocked. We had the nicest condo, paying less than our friends! Gotta love it. Thank you for everything!

  Great Condo!!! The owners are awesome, easy access to the beach. New pool area is incredible, awesome grilling area. Immaculate living space. Our first choice to stay when going to Destin!

  My husband and I had a wonderful time at the "Pineapple Paradise". The owners were a pleasure to work with, especially since we planed the trip on short notice. The condo was wonderfully decorated.   Great Owners! This was our first time renting this unit and we were very pleased with the accommodations - beautiful interior and easy access to wonderful newly renovated pool and beach. Met a lot of great families and enjoyed visiting the Baytowne Wharf which is conveniently close, as well as Outlet stores. We hope to return on an annual basis!

  Owners were fantastic!!!!! I booked on very short notice for my daughter's Beach Wedding and you could not of asked for better place to stay at the beach. I will be planning a return visit. Very Nice owners and Nice Nice place. Thanks again R&M Towing Inc. Dawsonville, Georgia
