We really liked the villa.. a very good layout and we found it in good and clean order when we got there. Everything seemed well equipped (the bed linens were of noticeably good quality) and the pool area was great... really liked the plants and the outlook. Debbie was very good and the service when needed was very prompt. The location is excellent.. we have stayed in the Davenport area a few times previously so we found sunset lakes to be really convenient. So overall we rated the experience highly.

we had a wonderful stay at Still Waters! The weather warmed up nicely, and everyone enjoyed the calm, relaxing atmosphere at the villa. The kitchen was a good size and shape for more than one cook at a time, and the beds were comfortable which was a blessing for our backs! You've been a joy to work with, Amanda, and I would definitely recommend the villa to others.

Just a quick few words to thank you for the use of your villa for our couple of weeks in Florida; we had a wonderful holiday which was enhanced by the relaxing and comforting environment of your home. We particularly liked the quiet location and the ability to enjoy a poolside cup of coffee watching the sunrise, specifically during our first couple of jet lagged days. We also found the spacious accommodation and the in-house access to the pool-table especially enjoyable after long days out in the sun (or malls!).

We had a wonderful holiday thank you. In terms of feedback the Villa was great, · Loads of space · Comfortable furniture · Pool towels were really useful · Great to have a change of bedding available · Thanks for the stroller · Loads in the information booklet (but needs a taxi number and a couple of take away/delivery food numbers) · Great selection of crockery etc · Air con was very good Overall we had a great holiday and that is due in some part to the lovely Villa we had rented, thanks very much.

Hi Amanda Thanks for your email. We had a great time in Orlando and thoroughly enjoyed our time at your villa at Sunset Lakes. The villa was great and we really enjoyed our time there especially the pool table. We used it more as it was in the villa rather than in the garage. The hot tub was fixed by Thursday and we enjoyed relaxing at the end of a long day. We were delighted with our choice of accommodation this year and will keep you in my contacts for future vacations to Orlando.

The house was exactly we see in the pictures and more, the house are very clean every sing in the house work god , quiet place , it is a big house we feel very cofortable we are 8 (4 adult and 4 big kids) and we sleep very well I recommend this house to any body , finaly the deal was very clear and just we left the house she send us the security deposit, we are so happy with Amanda and very thanks we hpoe to go soon a this house because are close to the park and the down town Kissimmee

Hi Amanda, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa - each time we have rented a villa we have added something to our 'wish list' but yours met all our requirements. The weather was so wonderful we hardly spent any time indoors, the pool area was perfect whether we wanted to be in the sun or shade. We can't think of any negative comments at all.

The house was spacious and pictures reflected exactly what it was. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet neighbourhood. Pool and hot tub were great especially being south facing. View was enjoyable. Perfect location as close to many attractions. Publix grocery was the best compared to the one located a little closer. Would recommend restaurant Buffalo Wild Wings. Owners were professional, helpful and courteous. They always responded to e-mails in a timely manner. It was enjoyable to do business with them. We really enjoyed our holiday.

We found the villa to be very well equipped and very comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed using the pool table. It was nice to look out at the lake and watch the sunsets and it was very conveniently located for the theme parks. We will certainly bear you in mind for any future trips to Orlando. This is our tenth stay in a Villa and three of them where at Sunset Lakes, and Still Waters is one of the very best we have stayed in, the two Master Suites are fantastic, we where lucky enough to watch the Shuttle Launch and yes we could see it from Orlando, we also met Liam Ghallager from Oasis at the local Red Lobster restaurant, I can't promise you will see all that, but I can promise you a great stay at Still Waters.

This home is in a perfect location, for Disney, Restaurants and every kind of Shopping is just on the door step, and the home is the best in Luxury.

Dear Iain & Amanda, Just a few lines to thank you for letting us stay at your fabulous villa, it was everything we had hoped for and more lots of room and catered very well for everything we would need for our holiday. We are all sad to be back home and back at work for that matter, but never the less we had a fantastic holiday and will no doubt be in contact in the near future to book again. I will whole heartedly recommend your villa as the best I have stayed in and could not contemplate staying anywhere else on Sunset Lakes, the south facing pool made all the difference the children were very happy being able to spend time in the pool on our return from the theme parks. What a delightful property, immaculately presented with first rate facilities ideal for a large mixed family group – providing enough space for everyone to get together but also privacy if desired. The pool and spa were gorgeous; prefect for an early morning swim before hitting the theme parks or an opportunity to relax afterwards.As well as the parks it is worth a trip to Old Town just a mile or so east of the I4 on 192. They hold classic car cruises on Friday and Saturday evenings and a bike cruise on Thursdays (free). There is a traditional fun fair too. We spent New Year’s Eve there and it was incredible.For a taste of real Florida carry on further east on the 192 to marker 15 (just past Walmart) where you can hire either an air boat, an electric boat or a canoe (£7 per canoe per hour) to travel along Shingle Creek enjoying the peace and tranquillity with the opportunity to spot wildlife. Thank you for a delightful holiday. We would highly recommend “Still Waters”

I just wanted to send you a short note to say what a great time we all had. Your house was beautiful! It was everything we imagined it would be. It was perfect for two families. Our time in Orlando was wonderful, just wish we could have stayed longer ! The guys did golf but we also spent eight days at the parks. Being so close to the parks we were able to get in and out quickly. Loved the short cut on Sherberth to the parkway. Your home was perfect in every way and the location was wonderful. The villa was immaculately clean on arrival. We were happy with the assistance from the Management Co. with regard to the key for the lock box etc., which they dealt with straight away. Everything we needed (and more) was at the villa. We would definitely hope to return to Sunset Lakes sometime in the future. We had a wonderful holiday and it was great to return to the villa after a busy day at the parks, knowing that it would be very peaceful and relaxing and within such a close proximity to the main attractions.

Having just spent a most enjoyable week at 'Still Waters' I can thoroughly recommend this excellent accommodation. We have stayed at various locations within Sunset Lakes over the years and this was one of the best. As well as being ideally situated for the theme parks it is also convenient for those 'stay at home' days. Now that Funie Steed Road has been properly surfaced it provides an excellent short cut (3 minutes) to the eating houses on Formosa Gardens Boulevard. We tried the Outback Steakhouse and the Seafood Restaurant and enjoyed both. For home cooking supplies your spoiled for choice with the choice of 2 Publix Supermarkets within 5 minutes on the 192 or the new Walmart store about 10 minutes away on I27. For those seeking some peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of theme park Orlando I recommend a trip to Celebration. This is a small self contained community accessed off the 192 east just after it passes under I4. Although built within the last 20 years it characterises a small American town of the early 20th century and those living there have to abide by some quite strict conditions. As it is not promoted as a tourist attraction you will probably find you are the only non-resident in town but for visitors from the UK the opportunity to experience a genuine American community at first hand without another tourist in sight is one I would thoroughly recommend. As it's name implies, "Still Waters" the Sunset Lakes Florida property, is extremely pleasing to the eye and the senses. Updated decor and quiet surroundings added to our relaxation so much we stayed four extra days! (And wished we could stay longer.) Expect to be visited by several resident armidillos.... which we named Erma, Dill, and little O. The pool was extremely enjoyable, and the view of the lake, once again, pleasantly calming. Also, the property is very close to all the entertainment parks and not too far from the beach for a day trip. Perfect!
