Sep-Dec .... $1050/week + 11% Sales Tax and pet fee of $100 + pet deposit of $250.
Jan-Feb..... $ 750/week + 11% Sales Tax, pet fee of $100 + pet deposit of $250.
Minimum stay: 3 nights, $275-$350 per night. Holiday rates $300 per night.
50% is due within 3 days of booking. Cancellation must be made a week prior to
reservation for full refund. Only well-mannered pets of the normal kind
are accepted. Pet fee and pet deposit is for one pet only. No more than two pets
allowed. Certain pets not acceptable. Please inquire.
