Bayfront, two-story tropical resort home on Red Fish Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway only minutes from historic, downtown Rockport. Full kitchen/dining area adjacent to large living area with vaulted-ceilings and spacious picture windows of Red Fish Bay and Estes Flats. Relax on the large patio decks and enjoy the ever-changing bay views including fishing/shrimping boats of all sizes along with massive cargo-barges being professionally navigated by traditional saltwater tugboats. Sunrise and sunset views on the Texas Gulf Coast are absolutely amazing!
Accommodations include downstairs master bedroom #1 with king-size bed and guest bedroom #2 with two twin beds. Upstairs bedroom #3 with queen-size bed and guest bedroom #4 with full-size bed and a bunk bed with full-size bottom and twin on top. Upstairs bedrooms also connected with large patio-deck with incredible views including peaceful Texas sunsets. In addition to the numerous decks, the area under the home on the ground floor provides a very spacious, shaded entertaining area with concrete flooring and incredible bay views.
Wet your hook off the backyard intracoastal bulkhead just beyond the patio complete with 1000-Watt Sporting Fishing Light and lighted fish cleaning stand or launch your kayak and fish in the infamous Estes Flats. Cove Harbor Marina located down the road with full marine services, boat-ramp and boat storage.
