Mississippi Gulf Coast's nicest luxury high-rise property is the Legacy Towers Condominiums located at 2230 Beach Drive, Gulfport, MS 39507-1607 right on the Biloxi and Gulfport line.
If you are looking for luxury accommodations, then look no further. I have several luxury condos available for you. And, for those of you who are visiting New Orleans, we are just a little over an hours drive from the Louisiana Superdome which is far enough away to get you out of the rat-race of New Orleans but close enough to easily get here in less than a couple of hours. To make you feel right at home, we also have a fully furnished kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and an ironing board and iron. This condo has 1 covered parking garage space and other vehicles will have to park on the top of the parking deck.
Legacy Towers is located right on the Gulfport and Biloxi line, near 6 Casinos including the Beau Rivage, the Hard Rock, The Palace, Treasure Bay, as well as the Presidential and Grand Casinos. We are within walking distance to the top-rated Great Southern Golf Course and just a short drive to all restaurants.
We're also just 10 minutes from the Gulfport Regional Airport. Close to deep-sea fishing, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, convention center, and only about 1 hour from New Orleans and events held in the Louisiana Superdome.
We are also just 4 blocks away from the Edgewater Mall, and for the 'shop till you drop folks', the Prime Outlet Malls are just a few miles away. We are convenient to everything and our club house even sports a full-sized pool table and big screen television for just relaxing indoors while the gorgeous pool with waterfall is just a few steps away. Want to practice that putt before hitting the course? We even have a putting green on the property where you can use before heading over to the golf course. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
The daily rates for this unit are as follows with a 2 nt minimum stay.
$240/night on weekends and $225/night during the week. Weekly rate $1400.
Cruisin' the Coast WEEKLY Rate is $2100.00 total. That includes rent, cleaning,
and lodging tax. During CTC there will be a five night minimum stay. TOTAL price
for five nights will be $1550.00.(Remember, those $2100 and $1550 rates are TOTALS
12% tax and a 95.00 cleaning fee.
A $300 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all stays.
