This Giant Steps III Condo has direct downhill access to the ski slopes... attack Utah's famous powder or the intermediate and beginner slopes for the family/novice skiers. For the adventurous there is the advanced black diamond slopes with snow-cat-access for the expert who braves the terrain of Brian Head Peak. Snowboarders will rave about the parks, rails, fun boxes and halfpipe.
Break for lunch and warm up those bones with easy access to the Condo. Ski up to the front steps and walk into the Condo.
In the Winter, after a great day of skiing, (or biking, fishing and nature hikes in the summer) settle back in to this comfortable condo with all the amenities needed to make your holiday a success. There are two bedrooms, each with king beds and cable TV, one with a private bath and the second with an adjacent bath.
You will be recharged and relaxed for the next day of fun. The loft has cable TV, two queen beds, bunk beds and a roll-away single in the closet. Additionally there is a private bath for the loft. All bathrooms have showers so no waiting in line around here.
Oh, yes that includes the lines on the slopes too!! Virtually no lift lines, uncrowded slopes and free skiing and snowboarding for the kids five and under with a ticketed adult!!

Holidays: $435 11/25-11/28; 12/18-1/02; 2/17-2/20
Taxes approx. 13.6% Cleaning Fee $125 Sec. Deposit $1,000 "Hold"
Cancellation refund policy 60 days 100%, 59-30 50%, 29 or less NO REFUND

We stayed at this condo to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time. It was very large and it comfortably fit 7 of us and we certainly could have accommodated up to 10. Having 3 full baths was also very beneficial to our group. The ski-in ski-out feature along with the Freedom Passes were very convenient. The passes alone were a great deal as you can use them every day that you are there. Working with the owner was an excellent experience. He is very trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend any family or group of friends to stay here.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

While initially our stay was quite nice (comfortable beds, nice accommodations), we found out our credit card was charged an additional nights rent, for being 20 minutes late vacating the condo. In the middle of the summer when no-one is coming in behind the same day, seems excessive, and hotels don't charge you for 20 minutes, especially a night rent in this economy. We won't be back, and I can't recommend this property.
Owner response:As you can see from the comments from other renters, all renters have enjoyed the condo and I have been renting it since June 2002. Unfortunately, our condo is not a hotel and I am not a mind reader. The renters did not call me even after the cleaning people arrived. Here is my cleaning crews comments as to what happened: "When we arrived at at 11:00 am to clean the renters were still in the condo. We spoke to one of the renters asking when they would be out of the condo. Their response was " 1 or 2 hours or whatever" that's when we called you." I tried calling the renters but they did not answer. I did not receive a call from the renters until I sent them an email letting them know my cleaning people where charging me an extra $100 for a return visit. The cleaning crew has a 45 minute drive (one-way) from Cedar City to Brian Head. If the renters had called me in advance for an extended check-out this could have been avoided. Also, if they truly were going to be gone by 11:20, the cleaning crew would have accommodated them. But "1-2 hours or whenever" was not acceptable. If you have any questions, please call me. I would be happy to go into more detail. Thank you.

Fabulous Condo, very easy to access by car (road plowed daily) and to ski in/out. Great accomodations, nicely furnished and fully equipped. A very good value and owner nice to do business with. The kids enjoyed it too, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Had a wonderful weekend with our family frome out of town it was a lovely place to stay. Ski in and out an advantage. We could watch the skiers coming off the hill from our balcony. It had everything we needed for the kitchen. The spa was nice. One down side was the climb to the unit for those that have handicapps. Thank you for letting us stay at your 2nd home.

We had an awesome stay in Utah. This condo was nicely furnished and so spacious. It was centrally located to the National Parks we wanted to visit. We visited the area in the fall before the snow. We would like to come back when it snows to try out the ski lifts and the slopes. Area was beautiful and the condo was furnished with everything we needed. Thanks for making our 1st trip to Utah so pleasant.

Stayed over Christmas, what a wonderful way to spend Christmas. Once again the condo was the way to go for us and our family. The condo was exceptional as always. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-end stay in your condo. It was warm & cozy and the LOCATION WAS TERRIFIC. SO CLOSE! SO EASY! We went outside and skied right onto the lifts or sometimes just skied over for a quick bite and a cup of java. The ski-in/ski-out was so cool! Thanks! We'll be back soon.
