2nd floor ocean front deck - Dewey Beach, Delaware Condominium Oceanfront townhouse is just steps to the beach and a short walk to all that Dewey has to offer! Sept-May 145-250 per night. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR TO SEE IF YOUR DESIRED DATES ARE AVAILABLE!!!! The house is furnished with a mix of white washed cottage-style furnishings, hardwood floors throughout, and those special touches that make you never want to leave. The lovely lower level, oceanfront screened porch is just right for winding down after a day at the beach. There is also an oceanfront, lower level deck with picnic table and upper level deck with lounge chairs and table for those that prefer the sun. Open floor plan...beach/ocean views from all rooms, lower level living, dining rooms and bath totally renovated in 2008. Four (4) additional oceanfront windows added on this level. Wonderful electric fireplaces added in 06 - to take the chill away on those rainy night. Walk out your front door and put your toes in the sand! You do not get any closer than this! Parking for two cars, sleeps four to six, one queen bed, three twins, one sleep sofa. If the week you would like is booked, please ask about other available properties. During the summer months there are no weekend rentals.

$450 Refundable Security Deposit
Pet Fee:  $175/Week for 1 dog; $200/Week for 2 dogs
Cleaning Fee:  $70.00
