This 2 story townhouse is furnished with a delightful mix of white washed cottage-style furnishings and those special touches that will make you never want to leave. The first floor was totally renovated in 2008 and the open floor plan offers unobstructed views of the dunes and ocean. The lovely lower level, oceanfront screened porch is just right for winding down after a day at the beach. Enjoy a nap on the comfy L-shaped outdoor sofa. There is also an oceanfront, lower level deck with picnic table that seats 4-6. Walk off the deck and right into the sand!!
The upper level oceanfront deck has a table and chairs that will accommodate 6 and a lounge for those who just want to enjoy soaking up the sun. The ocean views day or night are simply spectacular!!
Walk out your front door and put your toes in the sand! You do not get any closer than this! Parking for two cars, sleeps four to six, one queen bed, three twins in second bedroom, one sleep sofa in living room. For our off-season guests you'll enjoy the ambiance of the electric fireplace on those cool evenings. Outdoor hot/cold shower shared by six units.
