Relax, have fun and unwind in this beautiful NON-SMOKING 2 bedroom/ 2 bath plus office/den home. "Desert Dreams" is UNIQUE in that we supply MANY EXTRAS that other rentals do not offer. The floor plan is an upgraded Valencia II and is 2000 square feet. Our home is PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED with tasteful, comfortable furniture done in the colors of an Arizona sunset.
The living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook are one big great room with an open and airy feeling. The living room is equipped with an electric fireplace, entertainment center which includes wide-screen TV, DVD/VCR and CD players. CDs are supplied for your listening enjoyment as well as a library of books to read and games to play at your leisure. There is also an electronic keyboard if you prefer to make your own music.
The kitchen is GOURMET EQUIPPED and we like to leave a COMPLIMENTARY GIFT for our guests to enjoy and to get a 'little taste of Arizona". A WASHER/DRYER is available for your use as well.
In the master bedroom there is a king size bed. In the guest room there is a queen size bed. The beds are supplied with luxurious cotton sheets that are 400 THREAD COUNT, including DOWN PILLOWS and EXTRA COMFORT PADDING for a good night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own television set.
The bathrooms are supplied with lush cotton towels, tropical soaps, shampoos. Behind the french doors is an office for the business minded travelers with a fax/copier/printer and HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection for your use (you bring your own lap top computer and connector cable.
Dine outdoors on the EXTRA LARGE COVERED PATIO or cook outdoors on the stainless steel barbeque while admiring the MOUNTAIN VIEWS. The scents of jasmine and orange blossoms fill the air as well as the tranquil sound of the BEAUTIFUL WATER FEATURE. Relax in the chaise lounge chairs under a colored umbrella or rest in the double wide wooden HAMMOCK. Arizona’s warm evenings are great for spending outside and star gazing. In the extended 2 car garage you will find an ELECTRIC GOLF CART to use on the four golf courses or to tour around the complex.
This resort setting includes four golf courses, two large health clubs with spas, swimming pools, fitness centers, walking tracks, lap pools, arts and craft centers and many activities to suit everybody’s taste including a fishing pond. If you prefer going out to dine, there are restaurants in the complex as well. We are located very close to the Cimarron Spa/Center.
Sun City Grand is an upscale playground for active adults. One guest must be 55 years of age and bookings are a minimum 30 day stay. There is a one time fee you will pay to have full access to all the activities including spa facility and golf at the owner's rate. Sun City Grand is just that "Grand"!
