This Marina Place condo is on the lakeshore, steps from the Marina and Summit County bike path and a short walk to restaurants, amphitheater, farmers market, tennis courts, bowling alley and Dillon town center. Four ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper) are within a 5-15 minute drive. Vail is a short distance further. Check out their web sites for multi-area passes.
This comfortable condominium is well appointed, with a fully equipped open kitchen, washer/dryer, 36" wide-screen TV, Digital Cable with HD and DVR, high-speed broadband internet access via ethernet or wireless. The views from within the unit and on the balcony are breathtaking. Indoor pool and jacuzzis are on-site. Covered parking for two cars is assigned for your use in the garage directly below the unit. Sailboat, powerboat and kayak rentals are available at the marina. Bicycle rentals are two blocks away, and the full range of all-season Summit County activities are nearby. Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall, this is paradise!
This is hands-down the best value in Summit County. Our renters stay for a weekend and come back for a month!

Why the Owner Chose Marina Place
After skiing in most of North America, we decided that Summit County offered the best variety and easy access. We wanted a place with a view of water and mountains, in a quiet community, but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Our Dillon condo is ideal.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
In winter we ski at all the major ski resorts in Summit and Eagle counties. In summer, we go hiking, biking, boating, rafting, horseback riding...the options are endless. But, we always enjoy coming back at the end of the day to unwind by the fire and simply look out over the lake and mountains. The photos do not do justice to the breathtaking views.

Although we live in Florida, Marylnne grew up in Vermont, so owning a place in the mountains has always been a dream of ours. We love Dillon, Colorado. It is close to everything we enjoy doing in winter and summer. We spend five to six weeks each year at the condo, and we make sure it is well equipped for a comfortable stay.

If you need a ski break, the Mining Musuem in Leadville is interesting. Try Pug Ryans for dineer, only 2 blocks left of the condo. Have Fun! P.S. We hope to be back next year."
