Property description

A large, new and contemporary 3-bed villa situated in the popular and established residential area of Luz Parque between Burgau and Praia da Luz. Ideally situated close to the glorious beach of Praia da Luz which boasts a stunning promenade. This is a beautiful property set in an elevated position in a large private plot with a private pool, decks and terracing, Summer kitchen/BBQ area and stunning ocean views. The Villa has been furnished to a high standard with a contemporary style, and offers a large, light, open plan and comfortable holiday home with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find. The town of Lagos is just a 10 min drive away and offers a beautiful modern marina, markets and restaurants and, there are many golf courses (including Boavista Golf) within easy reach as well as water parks, water sports, horse riding, cycling, boat trips, fishing and a local zoo.


The house itself has been furnished to a high standard with a contemporary style, and offers large, light, open plan and comfortable holiday home with all the modern conveniences you would expect to find. The large lounge has a feature wood burning fireplace, lots of seating, satellite TV/DVD and a CD player. The villa has WiFi internet access. The dining room has seating for six at the large table. The lounge and dining room are at the front of the villa and have fantastic sea views through the glass doors that open the full length of the villa. Both rooms open onto a large covered deck, overlooking the pool area, which catches the sun all day long. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, new equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and cappuccino machine, etc) and a door to the summer kitchen/BBQ area.

The pool area is raised to give good views of the sea, and has a tiled surround. There is a hammock, and six sun loungers, numerous deck chairs, plus tables and umbrellas. There is a pool side shower room/WC, plenty of space for pool side al fresco dining, and poolside lighting. On the deck overlooking the pool is another eating area with table and chairs. The summer kitchen/BBQ is to the side of the villa and is very private. It has traditional calcada flooring, stunning pink bougainvillea growing up the terraces, two large tables for al fresco eating, a sink, outdoor lighting and power point. The garden has been carefully landscaped with mature palm trees, hibiscus, bougainvillea, and orange and lemon trees. There are four terraces, one by the pool, one by the BBQ, one by the master bedroom and one on the roof of the villa plus the front deck. There is secure car parking, in the villa's own driveway.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing area, ample closets and its own sitting room and terrace (with table & chairs). It is also fully equipped for you to enjoy your stay and includes 2 CD players (one with a MP3 and iPod port), radio alarm, fan and hair dryer. The second bedroom can be either a double or two singles, and has a CD player, iPod docking system and clock radio alarm plus ample closets. This room also has a safe for storing valuables. The second and third bedroom share a fully equipped bathroom with shower, hair dryer, etc. The third bedroom has two single beds, a desk and a cassette/radio player and a large closet. We can also supply a cot for babies. All the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terraces.
