Enjoy our completely remodeled luxury condo! This unit is located on the top floor (3rd), complete with a large sunny porch overlooking the river. Be absorbed by the spectacular view of the ski area (directly across the river), and the falls at the end of the canyon, plus mountains towering over 13,500 ft. right from the condo! Skiers and snowboarders will be happy to know that lift access is less than 1 block and you can actually ski down to the condo at the end of the day. One of the many bonuses in Telluride is once here, you never have to drive. Visitors will find everything in walking distance, but for those who don't care to walk or are impaired, 'The Galloping Goose', a free shuttle system, stops in front of the complex about every 10 minutes and loops through town. Some of the businesses within 50 steps of the condo include 3 restaurants.
Or select from the many world class restaurants, shops, art galleries and more; all just a short walk along either the river trail or along the streets of this beautiful, historic victorian town. Also, a grocery store is just a couple of minutes away by foot.

Why the Owner Chose Telluride
This location is perfect, located in the historic Town of Telluride, just steps away from the lifts and town. The views are amazing and the condos are right on the San Miguel River and walking/biking path. The complex offers a heated pool and hot-tub with a salt-water purification system..no chlorine!! Parking is also available as is an on-site laundry facility. Grocery store is less than a 5 minute walk, too!!

We moved here to Telluride because of the beauty and year-round activities. Telluride, or as we lovingly refer to it as "Camp Telluride" offers so much for the outdoor enthusiast. Skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, 4 wheeling, photography, rock climbing, horseback riding, food and arts, music and film festivals, plus more!! If you get bored with any of that...you can just sit back and enjoy the views...absolutely spectacular scenery!! In fact, some of the best in the world!! Dear Tom and Mindy, We have had a truely fabulous vacation here in Telluride! Your condo is clean, beautiful & very comfortable; you have though of everything!! Thank you for your help with the bike trails, three days in a row we rode from the gondola down "Village Trail", the "dirt road", "Jurassic", "Meadow" and either the river trail or the paved path back to the condo. They are VERY fun and exciting, not to mention beautiful views!! We even rode our bikes to the parking lot of Bridal Veil Falls (and slightly beyond). We found the skate parks as well, Zach was able to skate three days and loves the parks. This was all because you spent the time telling us where to go and because of you our vacation was extra special! Thank You We hope to come back and ski, so look for us....we'll be back!
