Spacious living room and includes 2 full size sofas that could sleep 2 additional people. First bedroom contains kingsize bed and full bath. The second bath has a queen size bed with a full bath. There is a patio off the dinning room that includes a gas BBQ and table and chairs for eating outside. There is access to the patios from both bedrooms. Partial mountain view from the dinning room and is about 50 yards from the pool and jacuzzi. The pool newly refurbished and is heated with salt water. You may step out the door and pick fresh grapefruit, tangerines, lemons and limes. The price for golf ranges from $22.00 to $200.00 depending on your skill. This located three miles from the freeway and one mile to grocery shopping, cleaners, video rentals and banking. Just bring your clothes and food; everything else is provided. Very quiet neighborhood and a plenty of room to walk.
