The Moss Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed and the Cranberry Room has a queen. This room is a 'pass through' room to the Pond view room with 2 twins. This many windowed room has a wintertime view of the pond. There are 2 full baths with original clawfot and pedestal tubs. (tub only in the upstairs) and washer/dryer.
New Kitchen and wonderful screened back porch. Cottage comes complete with fine linen, Royal Horticulture Society china, pots and pans- everything you need for a relaxing weekend, week, or month away. As with most victorians, the Porch House and it's neighboring Arbor and Carriage houses are near the road. Spacious grounds surround.
Peterborough is the town after which Thornton Wilder modeled "Our Town". Enjoy all that we have to offer-restaurants, museums, theater, antique stores galore, wonderful mountain views and air, great foliage and the most-climbed mountain in the world-Mt Monadnock right next door. Skiing downhill and cross-country, as well as snowboarding are minutes away at newly refurbished Crotched Mountain.
