Yes, our condo at Playa Royale Residences is the nicest and most sought after building in all of Nuevo Vallarta! Our condo is in the best and most impressive "Five Star" properties, with exquisite design and incredible gardens, property and beach! Located next to: Paradise Village, Paradise Mall, Nuevo Vallarta marina, El Tigre championship golf course, Spa Paraiso, Paradise Sports complex and so much more... just a short walk or take our shuttle which comes and picks you up in front of our building every 15 minutes!!! No need for a car or anything as it is all right here!!
Our spacious personally decorated condo has a Mexican flair- 1500 sq ft., done in beautiful Mexican colours, with the ammentites just like home ( stainless kitchen, marble, linens, duvets, satellite t.v's, large poolview patio, laundry room, 2 full sized bathrooms, games, movies, boogie boards and so much more).
Wireless internet in lobby.
Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes for gourmet meals, a/c in all rooms, dbl pullouts in both couches, hair dryers, and Star choice!
Canadian satellite with over 100 English channels! 42 inch Plasma TV
Many restaurants, stores, banks, Dr's and groceries in a short walk. Head downtown by taxi, just outside our door- 20 minutes or to the airport in 10 minutes. Enjoy our Sport Club ( gym, Kid's Club, classes, spa, showers, sauna, steamroom, tennis, raquetball) for a family fee of $100.00 with discounts to local restaurants and golfing. Activites in area: boogie board, swim, snorkel, fish, sail, scuba, horseback and more.

We had a brilliant time staying in this condominium. The ocean view is beautiful, and like the ad states, the ocean is just a few steps away. We looked all over the Puerto Vallarta beachfront, and this unit is on the best beach in the whole bay. Swimming is good because the ocean is calm and warm. We appreciated Al's advice to go to the SuperWalmart close by. You may want to take a bus down to the store, and then load up a taxi with groceries. We are already planning to stay here again because the condo. is so clean, comfortable, and convenient. There is no comparison to a typical hotel room. Don't hesitate to rent it - is easy because the owner will take a credit card number unlike some of the other condo. owners.

Al- Just back form our 9 day stay and it was great. The condo is top notch as is the on site staff. Eric and Antonio went out of their way to make the stay great. I never saw a staff member without a smile and the property inside and out is spotless. Just a great location with the pool and beach just feet away fro the Unit. We'll be back!!!

What an incredible condo!!! Sit out on your private patio while listening to the crashing waves -- just steps away from the beautiful beach! Staying at this condo is way more private than staying at a hotel -- and way better too! There are tons of fantastic restaurants nearby to chose from, or cook your own Mexican-inspired meals in the fully-equipped kitchen (the grocery store is just a short walk away!). This kitchen made me yearn for a kitchen makeover at home :-) The king-size bed is really comfy -- it's pretty easy to spend 9-10 hours sleeping after a fun-filled day in the sun. I cannot recommend this condo enough -- this really is the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation in Mexico!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This condo is the very best in the area- we have stayed in it a few times now and just love the peaceful setting and convenience of all the amenities. The staff and building manager are very helpful- only wish there were more dates available so we could return early 2009

We had an excellent time. The condo was as explained. The site manger Juan, answered any questions we had and coordinated our additional cleanings. Negatives-None; Positives-many, but need to mention the DVD players and movies on-hand, it helped since we had a couple of days with rain. I would definetly rent and recommend this unit/owner to anyone. I also liked the ability to pay via credit card...made the process very simple.
