We absolutely loved the Nitta condo we rented for ten days in February. In the past we have always vacationed all-inclusive style, so this was a new experience for us, and it was soooo worth it!! Having meals on our patio each morning was so peaceful; the pool was awesome and the beach was fantastic as well! We enjoyed dinners out at different places each night, which was great! The condo was better than we expected - the pictures don't do it justice. It was spacious and clean - the staff were helpful as well! We highly recommend this place (just don't take our spot...) Thanks again - we plan to return soon!!

Al- Just back form our 9 day stay and it was great. The condo is top notch as is the on site staff. Eric and Antonio went out of their way to make the stay great. I never saw a staff member without a smile and the property inside and out is spotless. Just a great location with the pool and beach just feet away fro the Unit. We'll be back!!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What an incredible condo!!! Sit out on your private patio while listening to the crashing waves -- just steps away from the beautiful beach! Staying at this condo is way more private than staying at a hotel -- and way better too! There are tons of fantastic restaurants nearby to chose from, or cook your own Mexican-inspired meals in the fully-equipped kitchen (the grocery store is just a short walk away!). This kitchen made me yearn for a kitchen makeover at home :-) The king-size bed is really comfy -- it's pretty easy to spend 9-10 hours sleeping after a fun-filled day in the sun. I cannot recommend this condo enough -- this really is the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation in Mexico!

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

So much for sharing your Playa Royale condo with us. Your unit and the Playa Royale was beautiful. We had the best time ever. It was the most relaxing trip we have ever had. This condo is the very best in the area- we have stayed in it a few times now and just love the peaceful setting and convenience of all the amenities. The staff and building manager are very helpful- only wish there were more dates available so we could return early 2009

we had a wonderful vacation. We met our neighbors and their friends. There were not many people at the Playa Royal and that was perfectly fine with us. We had an excellent time. The condo was as explained. The site manger Juan, answered any questions we had and coordinated our additional cleanings. Negatives-None; Positives-many, but need to mention the DVD players and movies on-hand, it helped since we had a couple of days with rain. I would definetly rent and recommend this unit/owner to anyone. I also liked the ability to pay via credit card...made the process very simple. We had a brilliant time staying in this condominium. The ocean view is beautiful, and like the ad states, the ocean is just a few steps away. We looked all over the Puerto Vallarta beachfront, and this unit is on the best beach in the whole bay. Swimming is good because the ocean is calm and warm. We appreciated Al's advice to go to the SuperWalmart close by. You may want to take a bus down to the store, and then load up a taxi with groceries. We are already planning to stay here again because the condo. is so clean, comfortable, and convenient. There is no comparison to a typical hotel room. Don't hesitate to rent it - is easy because the owner will take a credit card number unlike some of the other condo. owners.

Wanted to drop you a line and thank you for renting us your condo in Nuevo Vallarta. As expected we had a great time. It's about the 15th time we've been in PV and it once again met our expectations. The property was very accommodating, beautiful and peaceful. We went down to the hotel pool by the Paradise Village Marina a couple times, which helped us appreciate of the quiet your property afforded. A bit chaotic with all the kids down there. We saw a couple pods of dolphins acrobatically swim by, an iguana took a brief swim in the pool and we were involved in the release of some 200 one day old baby sea turtles. Pretty cool! We met the couple from Alaska that moved in on our departure. We had a nice chat, they seemed like very nice people. Convinced me that Alaska is a must for future vacation plans. We will be spending two weeks next year (February) in our own condo at Vallarta Torre, right next to the Krystal, but will not hesitate recommending your property to friends and family. Don't hesitate to rent this unit. This is a beautiful property. All conveniences of home, great kitchen, quiet, comfy and sat. TV was great for the hockey finals! Very convenient on main floor. Gardens and pool and common areas immaculate. Perfect beach. $75 for the sports club membership was worth it for the golf discount. $89 pp includes cart and clubs. Cab into Puerto Vallarta $16-$20. Never needed a rental car. I hope we can return to your unit. Thanks
