The inside is well-appointed with a mixture of old family treasures, artwork, and new furnishings. The large wooded acreage behind the home borders the lake and shelters many varieties of wildlife including armadillo, deer, squirrel, rabbit, and many birds including the beautiful pileated woodpecker.
Conveniently located in Heber Springs, you will be less than five minutes from restaurants and shopping as well as from the mecca of outdoor opportunities offered by Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River. The home is in a nice residential area, near to but not on the lake. Boaters will need to drive one mile to Damsite Park to launch a boat.
