Great Views from wrap around deck. - Big Canoe, Georgia Rental Our Treetopper "cabin" with a great location in a gated mountain community has a wrap-around deck allowing wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. This home is located in a gated golf community in North Georgia Mountains with three lakes and many amenities. Wildlife abounds! Deer and wild turkeys visit daily. Many beautiful hiking and "jeep" trails. Good fishing! This home is approximately 1/2 mile from WolfScratch Village with gift shop, Italian restaurant, IGA mini-grocery, conference center, and real estate office. Also within walking distance is a post office, a chapel, the fitness complex with spa services available (steam room, massage, hot tub, etc. available), tennis courts, beach, large outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, play field and kiddies’ playground. This is a single family home with 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 full), each with a private bath. It will sleep 4 to 6 (2 long sofas). NO SMOKING, PLEASE!

Rates do not include tax, cleaning fee, pet fee
Cleaning Fee:  $90   Pet Fee:  $50/pet (max 2 small dogs only - no cats)
CANCELLATION/REFUND ALLOWED ONLY IF 30 DAYS PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE
