Highpoint Villa is a beautifully decorated, three bedroom (2 queen, 4 twin), three bath home with the most spectacular lake view in Lake Arrowhead. Lake Arrowhead is a 540 acre clear mountain spring-fed Lake and is the largest man made privately owned lake in Georgia.
Imagine waking up in the morning to a wall of glass windows that plays as a two story painting changing with the seasons. From the early spring flowers, birds, and butterflies to lazy summer days on the lake, you will become engulfed by the true beauty of nature. In autumn, the spectacular foliage against the calm of the water will leave you in awe. Winters are a perfect opportunity to cozy up to the fire or sooth away your cares in our outdoor spa!
This home features a fully stocked kitchen, range, microwave, dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, Charcoal Grill, gas grill, two-story stone fireplace, dining room table seats 12, Cable TV, DVD Player,Huge Oversized Deck with outdoor living furniture, and outdoor jacuzzi spa. The large community Dock for fishing and swimming is just a few footsteps away. There is a canoe,several large rafts for floating and a three-person inflatable boat for rowing out to the island are here for your enjoyment. Games and movies are provided for those times when weather prohibits outdoor activities.
Visit our 18 Hole Championship Golf Course and Driving Range for truly beautiful and challenging round of golf. The new Country Club and Restaurant (call for availability) are here for your dining and relaxation enjoyment. The Olympic-size swimming pool and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. An eight-screen Movie theatre and many restaurants are just a short 20 minute drive away in nearby Canton.
