The house is right on the 43 bus line which goes downtown, easy connections to Microsoft or Univerity of Washington. Within walking distance you have the Kingfish Cafe (Southern), Monsoon (Pan-asian), and Vios (Greek), as well as Fuel Coffeehouse and independent NW Film Forum Theater. Parking is easy but you can leave the car behind if you like. Compare to a downtown hotel and you will see how much more value you are getting.
Don't feel like leaving the house? You might not, with the gourmet kitchen and 2 person whirlpool tub. The arts and crafts home packs luxury into every corner of the 3200 sq foot space. 7 nights gets a preferred rate - just ask.
$450 damage and cleaning deposit required, half of which is refundable.
To hold dates, send 50% of rental fee plus deposit in advance.
Remaning 50% rental 11 business days prior.
Blackout dates on the calendar might be flexible, so ask!
