We were very pleased with this condo. We each had a private bedroom, bath, and TV which was important since we all live alone and like our privacy. The condo was clean and very well equipped in every way, although the only 'cooking' we did was coffee. Each morning we would sit at the dining room table, having coffee and planning our day, all the while enjoying looking at the trees in their beautiful fall colors. This was the second stay for 2 of us in Pointe Royale Resort so we knew how convenient the location was for restaurants, shows and shopping. The weather was on the chilly side so we didn't use the enclosed deck although doors from the living room and master bedroom could be opened to heat the room, we didn't feel it was necessary. After busy days of shows (saw 6 in 6 days) and shopping, the condo was a nice place to look forward to coming back to. The owners were easy to work with, quickly answering any questions we had, both before and after renting. Definitely recommend this condo for privacy and easy access to all Branson has to offer.

We four adults had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The condo is very quiet, comfortable and welcoming. It is very convenient to restaurants, shows, shopping, the lake, etc. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We definitely will plan to stay at their condo again when we can and will be referring other friends and family to their condo. We felt it was an excellent value!

I have stayed twice in this condo, and have just booked it for a third time! Branson is fantastic, and this condo is close to everything! Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms! My teenagers love it, my little nephew loves it, and this time we are bringing the grandparents! I highly recommend!!

This is a great condo! It is equipped with everything in the kitchen and bathroom. It is very spacious. We loved that it was close to the pool and the subdivision was peaceful. But, if we needed groceries or to hit one of the strip's attractions, we were there in 10 minutes. If we come back to Branson, we will definitely stay there again.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving in the condo with extended family from TX and WA. It's an extremely well cared for unit, and had everything we needed to have a great Thanksgiving dinner. It's an exceptionally spacious unit, with plenty of room for all 7 of us. The screened porch was a relaxing place to enjoy the warm sun in the afternoons. The location is great, and the weather was ripe for golfing one day at the recently remodeled course. The indoor pool and clubhouse are across the street and the Christmas shows in Branson were great. We even shopped at the outlet mall at midnight Thanksgiving night as a family and had a ball. Restaurants and shopping at Branson Landing were plentiful. The owners were wonderful to work with and attentive to details. We will be looking forward to returning again during 2011.

We just returned from staying in this condo and everything was great. The condo was furnished with everything we needed for the week. This condo is very roomy. You will not find a better condo for the rental amount. This condo is close to all the shows and shops. My children enjoyed the indoor pool that was at the club house across the road. This condo was a great deal!!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Branson. The Condo met all our needs, clean, spacious, great location. The amenities at the club house, located across the road, were enjoyed. The walking trail located off the golf course was also enjoyed. I would highly recommend this Condo to family and friends. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, supplyling us with information and directions.

Our party of 4 had all our needs met with the supplies that were there, right down to the ice maker in the freezer. It was clean and the internet (wireless network - free) at the clubhouse across the street enabled me to catch up on e-mail on my laptop and yet not be tied to my computer as at home. Everything was as advertised. I'll recommend this to others as the owner was great to deal with.

Wonderful Condo! The rooms were all very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped along with the bathrooms. Great stock of DVD and VCR movies. Great location across from clubhouse. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the use of your condo.
