Stevens Pass and Mission Ridge ski mountains are both close by too. The nearby town of Plain is just 5 miles away offering wineries & tasting rooms for you wine lovers! This clean & comfy home has a ton of character! With it's new hardwood floors and the spacious open floor plan, it is perfect for family/friend gatherings and creates an inviting atmosphere.
Enjoy grilling dinner and playing horse shoes outside on the wooded 1 acre grounds while relaxing in the 8 person private hot tub after a long day on the slopes or at the lake. Don't forget the HUGE retro game-room, which is sure to occupy children and adults of all ages (pool table, darts, ping-pong, records, cards).
Fire pit not typically accessible during winter months and fires may not be allowed during high fire danger times in the summer.
THINGS TO DO:
This home offer a perfect atmosphere for relaxing and much needed time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. During snowmobile season, you can leave from the driveway and ride 200 miles of groomed trails, cross country ski, or snow shoe. In the summer, a 5 min. car ride to Lake Wenatchee offers a great state park, beach, and water sports atmosphere. Fish Lake is great for fishing and boat rentals also available. The Wenatchee River is very close by too for tubing and rafting!
Absolutely NO rowdy groups/partying, bachelor parties, etc.
Refunds due to weather/pass conditions are considered depending on individual circumstances.

Winter Holiday rates are from 12/1 - 1/2; Prices based on 2 people.
$10 per extra person beyond the first 2; kids under 10 are free.
$100 cleaning fee extra; plus 10% WA State Lodging Tax.
3.5% convenience fee to charge by credit card.
Cancellations w/in 30 days of check-in are subject to 50% fee based on total cost
of rental amount. Cancellations outside of 30 days are subject to 25% fee.

The house had everything as advertised, however it could use some updates. There were 7 adults and a 3month old baby. The hot tub was not hot upon our arrival and we had to call someone to fix it. Quite a bummer to wait over 12 hours for it to heat up again after a day in the snow. The repair guy said "yeah, this happens alot- not sure why." The stairs leading up to the loft/upstairs are DANGEROUS and appear to be homemade. Not even sure if they are legal- we actually had to repair them while we were there. Yes, upstairs there are many beds, however, you must walk through each room to get to the next room... no privacy if that matters to you. A few of the small kitchen appliances were broken. Many light bulbs burnt out in the whole house. Shower drain needed draino. The hot water tank is only 40 gallons- not much when everyone tried to shower to get ready for dinner. The house was clean, beds fairly comfortable, wood stove kept the place hot, watching the snow fall out the window was nice. We cross country skied right out the door. We always love going to Leavenworth- over 1/2 hour away. We emailed the owner to let her know about the issues- specifically the hot tub, and she just said sorry.

Our stay was great there was 12 of us and a newborn for a 30th birthday. The 5 beds upstairs would not be a good fit if you feel you need alot of privacy as you walk through each room to get to the next and the stairs could be a hazard but if you a comfortable with your group as we were and in able body it was fine. The game room was a nice bonus. Hot tube was great to be undercover while it was snowing. We were able to snowmobile right from the cabin and took the kids sledding just around the neighborhood after a trip to the tubing hill in leavenworth had no snow to speak of. Lots of amenities such as liniens and utensils. Loved that it was a nice open cabin but still had a rustiv cabin feel. LAundry room was great for the wet clothes.We got an early check in and it helped tremendousley!!!!! All would do it again thank you great escape!!

Our weekend was fun and relaxing. We had many things to occupy ourselves and we did not even go to the Game Room or watch a movie! The environment was conducive to enjoying friends and the kitchen was just big enough for about 6 women to be cooking/preparing at the same time. I have recommended it already to folks - I have only been gone from there for 2 days. We did a horse-drawn sleigh ride in the snow nearby - Fabulous. Ate one meal out in Leavenworth - close enough to drive to and enjoy the shops.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful cabin this is to get away from it all! The accommodations were super clean, comfortable, and very "group" or family oriented. The game room was super awesome with something for everyone to enjoy.

We were fortunate enough to stay here over the summer and had an absolute blast. The place has everything: amazing location (close to river for rafting, lakes/streams for fishing, hiking, Leavenworth, Plain), great kitchen, bbq, hot tub, separate game room / play area, fire pit. It was very comfortable and spacious, both inside the cabin, as well as outside. Come winter time we'll definitely be back as it is so close to Stevens Pass and amazing snow snowmobiling trails.

We enjoyed this wonderful cabin yet again for another fun-filled weekend with our friends. Each time, our experience has been top notch from making the reservation, arriving at the cabin clean as a whistle and fully stocked with ammentities, an operating hot tub and BBQ and entertaining game room. We will certainly be back again later this year. Rent this cabin and you will not be disappointed.

We stayed at Property #2 and it was wonderful. The game room was great for the kids and the guest house that is detached from the main house was a God send....a place to get some peace and quiet. Clean and well maintained. We would rent again!
