Accommodations: House - 3 Bedrooms + Loft - 1.5 Baths - (Sleeps 2-10)

Property #1 - Looking down into living room from the open loft/sitting area - Leavenworth, WA Vacation Home Rental 2 Properties, same neighborhood, very similar amenities... both AWESOME! They are located in the heart of Fish Lake/Lake Wenatchee recreation area off Hwy. 2 between Stevens Pass & the Leavenworth Village (20 miles from downtown Leavenworth). Come enjoy this beautiful area year round! Property #1 - The Great Escape (3 Bedrooms, 1.5 bath + loft): This clean & comfy home has a ton of character! With it's new hardwood floors and the spacious open floor plan, it is perfect for family/friend gatherings and creates an inviting atmosphere. Enjoy grilling dinner outside on the wooded 1 acre grounds, with a trickling fountain/pond, and relax in the 8 person private hot tub after a long day on the slopes or at the lake. Swim & sunbath at your private-access neighborhood river-bank... and don't forget the HUGE retro game-room, which is sure to occupy children and adults of all ages (pool table, darts, ping-pong, records, cards). (Pond/fountain is not operating after mid-Sept. due to "winterizing" of grounds.) Property #2 - A Relaxing Escape (4 bedrooms, 2 baths): This place is FULLY equipped for a great time; Just bring the groceries and you are set! The cozy cabin decor and finishing touches make this place very inviting. Bonus...anyone wanting extra privacy can enjoy the beautiful "Master Retreat Suite " which is slightly detached from the rest of the house and has its own bathroom facilities. The upstairs loft is considered 2 separate bedrooms because it is a two-sided loft divided by a wall. There is plenty of fun to be had for the whole group either on-site in the HUGE detached game room above the garage(darts, fooseball, ping-pong, & poker table w/ chips & cards, tv & DVD player). Enjoy the Tiki Torches that line the back deck while grilling dinner on the peaceful 1/2 acre grounds. After dinner, don't forget to bring the fixins' for S'mores around the fire-pit! Top it all off by relaxing in the covered 8 person private hot tub. (Fire pit areas and pond is not typically accessible during winter months and fires may not be allowed during high fire danger times.) These homes offer a perfect atmosphere for relaxing and much needed time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. During snowmobile season, you can leave from the driveway and ride 200 miles of groomed trails, cross country ski, or snow shoe. In the summer, a 5 min. car ride to Lake Wenatchee offers a great state park, beach, and water sports atmosphere. Fish Lake is great for fishing and boat rentals also available. The Wenatchee River is very close by too for tubing and rafting! Leavenworth is only 20 miles away for events such as the Wine Tasting Festival, Autumn Leaf Festival, Octoberfest, Christmas Tree Lighting Festival, Salmon Festival, and great shopping and dining. There is also a public pool in Leavenworth for those hot summer days! Stevens Pass and Mission Ridge ski mountains are both close by. The nearby town of Plain is just 5 miles away offering wineries & tasting rooms for you wine lovers! Absolutely NO rowdy groups/partying, bachelor parties, etc. Refunds due to weather/pass conditions are considered depending on individual circumstances.
