Perfect place for tarpon fisherman. Park your boat in one of the slips at the condo and slide back and forth to the pass with ease. It is close enough to come back after fishing the morning for lunch/nap and head back out for the evening bite.

We love this vacation rental. It is the quiet get away we hoped for. The screened in porch is my favorite. The condo is clean and quiet and the owner and on site management company have been easy to deal with. The area of Boca Grande is beautiful with beaches, views, and fishing. I rate this condo an A+++++

What a wonderful two week in paradise. The island is filled with history, quiet and very relaxing. Many opitons to explore. Restaurants are exceptional, both indoor and outdoor dining, golf courses are only 15 minutes off the island. Publix is also only 15 min. away. If you want to see a Tampa Bay baseball game that is only 20 minutes away.We also enjoyed boat rides to other islands for lunch and dinner. The condo is very comfortable, we dined on the lanai and watched the dolphins and pelicans play in the water below. We took advantage of the free lunch offered every Tuesday at the Condo Club House by the pool and hot tub.

This was the perfect place for a fun weekend! We enjoyed the waterfront view of boats and wildlife from the back porch. Across the street we watched incredible sunsets from the inlet and beach. Fishing was good and shelling was awesome! Will definitely return!

My husband and I stayed for one week. We are always looking for a location not to far from home, we can take our boat and still enjoy the beach as well as a pool to cool off in. Boca Grande North has the best of both worlds. The condo was perfect! Plenty of room, and all the necessities of home to make the stay comfortable. We also rented a boat slip so everyday we just had to load our cooler and walk down the to slip that was also visible for the awesome screened in porch. We enjoyed the little beach at the condo by foot and by water, as well as the amazing sandbars for shelling. Everything was just as described if not more! We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed staying at this well-equipped, comfortable, clean condo in a great location! We've never stayed on Gasperilla Island before and this was a nice introduction to this part of Florida. The sunrises from the screened porch were a beautiful site. There were plenty of linens and towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. My children enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We explored the beaches up the road and were happy to find they were not crowded at all; my kids collected many shells and shark teeth (as well as a couple of hermit crabs!). We were thrilled to see manatees and dolphins in the bay right outside our balcony. This was a great vacation spot and we would deifnately love to rent this unit again'; Annie was very nice to deal with and the management company were pleasant and helpful. We had a great experience with no complaints!

Excellant/clean accomodations, very comfortable and peaceful. The island is a best kept secret, miles of great beaches, easy access and excellant restaurants. We liked to walk 5 miles per day and found several "very safe" routes to take. Clean and modern Publix Store 8 minutes away in Cape Haze. Annie, thank you for allowing us to rent your condo, we had a great vacation.

Three of us had a gloriously relaxing week-long vacation in Unit #33. Special highlights were our wonderful view of the sound, the quiet and privacy (the separate bedroom/bathroom units were great), spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and good bird-watching at low tide. The apartment was spacious and comfortably furnished, and the efficient and well-equipped kitchen made it easy and pleasant to prepare most of our meals "at home", with fresh seafood purchased at The Fishery just off the island. We ate and talked and read on the wonderful screened-in porch, swam in the pool, soaked in the hot-tub after dark, explored the pristine beach with its many shells, and occasionally ventured out for dinner and to get acquainted with Boca Grande. Early November was a fine time to visit - before the season's rush and still warm enough to enjoy the water. The staff and owners were extremely helpful. Highly recommended!!!

This is a wonderful relaxing place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well equipped and maintained with everything you need for a stress free vacation. It is a nicely furnished and very comfortable unit with a lovely balcony and beautiful view. The office and neighbors are friendly and courteous and it is quiet with much privacy. There are many gorgeous beach areas and great restaurants on the island. We loved our visit here and know we will return.

After staying at other condos, we definitely will return to this haven again. It was everything we hoped for: lovely, spacious rooms, well-appointed kitchen, and a sunny, cheerful terrace facing the water where we ate all our meals. It was also only a five-minute walk to a gorgeous white sand beach. Lots of special little touches show that the owners really care.

We were at this condo in January 2007. The area is beautiful, old Florida. Lots of wildlife. The condo is lovely and very large. We were just one couple but would bring another with us next year. Nicely furnished and designed. Lots of privacy for two couples. Lovely view of sunrise from back and sunset from the front.
