Relax your worries away in this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home, located in a quiet family-style neighborhood. Just 15-20 minutes to Hutchinson Island's Beautiful Beaches, this contemporary home is designed with entertaining and comfort in mind. The pool and lanai areas are completely screened for your comfort. The pool comes equipped with floats and pool accessories. There are also lounge chairs for your comfort around the pool area.
The living room, dining and kitchen area have "detractable sliders" to allow you to enjoy the fantastic weather of South Florida. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your everyday cooking and entertaining needs. From juicers to blenders to gadgets of the imagination, everything you will need is here and at your beckoning. The Living Room comes complete with a large TV with Dish Network, and a DVD/CD/VHS player. The sofa pulls out and creates a Queen size bed.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen size Bed with a pillow-top mattress for your sleepy nights. There is also a large TV with Dish Network. The Master Bathroom is styled for your comfort and includes a walk-out shower 'au natural.'. The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen size bed with beautiful Danish-styled furniture and is next to the Guest Bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is styled in a Key West design of white wicker. It has a TV with Dish network.
A new Gallery Series washer and dryer are for your use, along with an iron and ironing board. There are also 2 Queen size air mattresses available. The Guest Bathroom is designed with nostalgic pink flamingos.
St Lucie County's best known asset is its spectacularly beautiful barrier islands, boasting 21 miles of bleached white beaches edging a cobalt-blue ocean and lined with sabal palms. Public beaches lie along 7 miles of this coastal stretch, projecting an unspoiled, tropical, tranquility, rarely found anywhere else in the state. This tropical home is located 12 miles from the nearest beach, or about a 20 minute drive.
There are over 15 superb golf courses in the immediate area including "PGA Golf Club" at PGA Village, and "Club Med" at Sandpiper. Within a 100 miles radius of Port St Lucie are some of Florida's top attractions, including Orlando, Daytona Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami.

Hello Folks,
Welcome to beautiful Port St Lucie, Florida. We purchased our first home here in 2004 and a year later purchased a second home. We love the laid back atmosphere , the beautiful uncrowded beached and friendly people. We run a Day Spa and property management business in Ashland, Kentucky and also have a travel agency. We have recently adopted 2 boys from the Ukraine, the pride of our hearts!! We like all types of music and I am the lead vocalist and keyboard player in a 10 piece swing band!! We hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise.
