This home is in a quiet, residential, neighborhood approximately 1 mile from Bonita's Barefoot Beach, located in Bonita Shores community. This house is 14 miles from famous "5th Avenue" and "3rd Street" of olde Naples. There is a wide variety of shopping and places to eat nearby. The pool and hot tub are in a spacious screened area connected to, and visible from the family room.

The hot tub water is changed, and the home is carefully cleaned for each new tenant. The pool is heated and is always well cared for. The family room has a 42" plasma TV with surround sound and 10 foot wide glass doors to the pool. The Master Bedroom has a full bath and a King size bed that has an independent mattress firmness feature (air). Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with a full bath nearby. Both bedrooms have a 20" wall mounted TV. This home is decorated very bright & cheerfull. (hot tub, grill & bicycles aren't available during "off season" unless arranged)
