Master Suite is furnished with new King-size pillowtop mattress, 300 thread count linens, flat screen TV/CABLE/DVD & and has French doors that open to your spacious private BEACHFRONT balcony. Suite has dressing area and bathroom with tub/shower & plenty of towels are provided.
Guest Suite has 2 new twin bed Serta pillow-top mattress which can be used as a king or two twins...just let us know which works best for you and it will be ready. TV/CABLE/DVD, also a private attached bathroom with shower. Suite has a large clothes closet.
In the comfortable living room, you'll find an ELECTRIC FIREPLACE,with NEW 42" FLATSCREEN TV comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, glove soft leather rocker/recliner chair, 2 brand new lazy boy brand cloth recliners (Jan 2011) so plenty of seating for everyone! See the beach & the dolphins & hear the waves. Books and games to entertain the whole family are on the bookshelves.
The kitchen is furnished with everything you could possibly need as well as a full size WASHER/DRYER (in closet) and new stove , dishwasher, microwave & full size refrigerator. May 2011 a new MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN CONCOCTION drink Machine to easily mix all those frozen drinks to sip on the balcony or poolside.
6 chairs, a round table and 2 chaise lounges are on the beachfront balcony. Enjoy beachfront dining without a wait!
BEACH SERVICE is available in season 2 wooden chaise loungers (with cushions) & beach umbrella is $100 (6 days) or $25 per day from the guys on the beach with the beach service
FREE WIFI INTERNET ... On-site security...the elevator is conveniently located right across the hall from this unit. Luggage carts are available in the lobby
I have a rental license and pay all city/state/county lodging taxes on a monthly basis.
For your convenience we have housekeeping available should you need anything extra and maintenance is a quick call away should there be any problems. We take care of our condo the same as our home.

Why the Owner Chose Surfside Shores I & II
We purchased this condo here at Surfside Shores because we already had two other units in this complex and we loved this complex so much we wanted one more. Now our whole family can vacation here "together" but each in a different condo unit. We love the wide balcony for eating our meals and sunning and we like that you will always see the beach the first thing when you wake up in your bed. It's super convenient to get to the beach and with the elevator right across from our unit so we don't have to carry our things very far at all.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When we stay in our condo we enjoy watching the dolphins swim past every morning and afternoon. We enjoy waking up in bed and seeing the beach as well as sleeping with the French doors open and hearing the waves hit the shore and lull us to sleep every night. The heated pool is great for the days that are a little cool...as there is a heat pump that will kick in if the temp drops a little low at night. We're in a "quiet" part of the beach but close to shops and restaurants so we can make the best use of our vacation time while we're at the beach. If we need something we forgot, Pier 33 is within walking distance, and if we work up an appetite we can always walk to Bahama Bob's for a burger.

Hi! I'm Ricky Beale (owner) here at the beach with my grand-daughters. We live in the midwest but we love the beach...especially Gulf Shores and our condo at Surfside Shores. We have the most beautiful soft sugary white sand beach and a great place to find seashells. The beach is a little different each day but we always find shells and enjoy the water. In the summer the Gulf is warm like bath water and in the winter it is cool but you can still get your feet wet. This is our little piece of paradise and we'd love to have you visit as our guests here when we can't be here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo, my children especially enjoyed the beautiful white sand beach just yards away from the condo. The place was equiped with everything your family requires to live comfortably. Conveniently located so your minutes to do what you like best, whether it be mini putt, go-carts, live music, or fine dining. We traveled and visited over the Thanksgiving holiday and we truly enjoyed our stay an would recommend it for anyone that would like to get away from the daily grind of life.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. We had a great time. Everything in the room was just like the pictures and everything was so clean. It was wonderful. I am very funny about things being clean, so that really made an impression on me. It was great not having to get everyone across the street to get to the beach. With 4 little ones we were able to go back to room when we needed too, and we loved being able to see the ocean from our room. We have 4 children and it is hard for us to have a place that has plenty of room for everyone to play and sleep. We had so much room and loved every minute of it. 3 of the 4 children have special diets, so it was great having the kitchen and plenty of room to keep their food. We had so much fun that no one wanted to come home. The kids were trying to figure out how we could stay forever! I know we will be coming again. I will keep your email address in my list of contacts for future reference. Thank you again. It was great.

We took our daughter and two granddaughters for a little vacation and we all loved it! The condo was clean and comfortable and perfectly located! The girls loved The Hangout and they have a great breakfast there - and I think we visited every souvenir shop! It was a great vacation!

Condo was everything advertised!! We loved it and our vacation! The view was spectacular complete with dolphins jumping in the surf. We cooked several meals and kitchen had everything needed! We LOVED the margarita machine!!! Beds were very comfy and everything was super clean when we arrived. Others in complex complained of cheap furnishing but the furnishings in this condo were very nice and well kept. We loved the big patio facing the beach and pool. It had a large table and plenty of chairs and loungers for our family of 5. We ate every meal on the patio! The pool was very clean and our 3 kids enjoyed it very much. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. This condo is perfect because it is an easy walk to use the stairs if elevator is busy. The beach sand was white and clean. The water was clear and perfect. The kids enjoyed using their boogie boards and making lots of sand castles. The beaches in front of this complex were not as crowded as other high rise condos. We had perfect chair location each day! Ricky suggested several things to do and places to eat. The dolphin cruise was so cool! We saw tons of dolphins jumping out of water in the surf. A definite must to do! The kids also really enjoyed the Hangout and LuLu 's was their favorite. This was a terrific condo and I would recommend it to anyone!!
Owner response:Thank you for your nice review Mary. Yes our unit is well furnished with upscale new furniture in the iving room January 2011 and exceptionally comfortable beds in each bedroom. We hear the same comments over and over about folks being disappointed with stays in some of our neighbor's units that are not as nicely furnished as ours. We strive to offer the best value for the best price and we're glad we could make your beach stay enjoyable. Come back soon!

We had a great time. The condo was nice with a beautiful view. We felt at home right away. The kitchen was fully equipped. We could not have asked for more.It was easy for my elderly father to watch us from the balcony as we swam in the pool or played on the beach. This was a big plus for us. The condo unit and the surrounding property was very clean. The security guard seem to be on duty all the time not that I ever felt that I needed him. It was just nice to see a friendly face walking around. Our favorite night spot with our kids was just down the street. It is called the Hang Out. We would recommend this unit. The management has been easy to work with.

We just got back from our 7 day stay and it was perfect! The condo is great- pictures on this site are true to life. The pool and property are nice and well maintained too. Location is great - close proximity to restaurants, etc. We have a 6 year old and 1 year old, so it was really nice that they have a pack n play and booster seat so we didn't have to bring our own. Ricky, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with and provides excellent customer service! I will definitely rent from Ricky again when we go to Gulf Shores. Thanks so much!
