The Master Suite is furnished with new King-size comfortable mattress, flat screen TV/CABLE/DVD ... and has French doors that open to your spacious private BEACHFRONT balcony. Suite has dressing area and bathroom with tub and shower. We supply 300 thread count linens for the beds and plenty of towels.
The Guest Suite has 2 new twin bed Serta pillow-top mattress, TV/CABLE/DVD, also a private attached bathroom with shower. Suite has a large clothes closet.
In the cozy living room, you'll find a comfortable new queen size sleeper sofa, glove soft leather rocker/recliner chair, leather straight chair, and comfortable over-sized leather chair w/ottoman. Plenty of seating for everyone! See the beach & the dolphins & hear the waves. A large TV/CABLE/DVD are included, as well as books and games to entertain the whole family.
The kitchen is furnished with everything you could possibly need as well as a washer and dryer, and has a new stove (11/09). The balcony has 6 chairs, a round table, 2 chaise lounges. Two fold-up canvas chairs are available for you to carry to the beach if you choose to do so. Beach service is available in season

Why the Owner Chose Surfside Shores I & II
We purchased this condo here at Surfside Shores because we already had two other units in this complex and we loved this complex so much we wanted one more. Now our whole family can vacation here "together" but each in a different condo unit. We love the wide balcony for eating our meals and sunning and we like that you will always see the beach the first thing when you wake up in your bed. It's super convenient to get to the beach and with the elevator right across from our unit so we don't have to carry our things very far at all.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
When we stay in our condo we enjoy watching the dolphins swim past every morning and afternoon. We enjoy waking up in bed and seeing the beach as well as sleeping with the French doors open and hearing the waves hit the shore and lull us to sleep every night. The heated pool is great for the days that are a little cool...as there is a heat pump that will kick in if the temp drops a little low at night. We're in a "quiet" part of the beach but close to shops and restaurants so we can make the best use of our vacation time while we're at the beach. If we need something we forgot, Pier 33 is within walking distance, and if we work up an appetite we can always walk to Bahama Bob's for a burger.

Hi! I'm Ricky Beale (owner) here at the beach with my grand-daughters. We live in the midwest but we love the beach...especially Gulf Shores and our condo at Surfside Shores. We have the most beautiful soft sugary white sand beach and a great place to find seashells. The beach is a little different each day but we always find shells and enjoy the water. In the summer the Gulf is warm like bath water and in the winter it is cool but you can still get your feet wet. This is our little piece of paradise and we'd love to have you visit as our guests here when we can't be here.
