Small pets are welcome. Large (1650 square feet), three bedroom, two bath, UPSCALE condominium on the beach in wonderful Panama City Beach. Enjoy the ocean breeze, beautiful sunsets, and the sound of ocean surf from our large 36 foot long wrap-around balcony -condominium on quiet Thomas Drive. The master bedroom, dining room, and living room all open to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Unit 1008.
We do get lots of repeat guests!!!
Our condominium will suit your needs. All new upholstery on living room furniture. Master bedroom has a luxurious pillow top king bed, first guest bedroom has two doubles, and the other a queen-size bed. A queen sofa-bed in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements. Four TV's, a 36 inch in the living room, 25 inch in the master, and one 19 inch in each in the other bedrooms. Three DVD players and a VCR are included.
Must be at least 25 and stay for the entire rental period.
No Smoking Please
We cater to Families especially.
There may be an additional deposit required IF you are bringing your pet.
Rents will be assigned through our management company. They will be in charge of maintenance, keys, problems if any, etc.
A cleaning service will be charged.
Taxes are extra.
Guests are expected to respect the surroundings and keep pets off furniture, etc. THANKS.

Just got back from our third stay in this unit and loved it as always. This condo has the BEST views in Pelican Walk...top floor, west side, right up front. The sunsets are awesome and on a clear day, you can see to the Sandestin area from the balcony...WOW! The place looked great as always and we are already looking forward to trip number four:) Pelican Walk is a very relaxing complex...probably our favorite in PC, and this unit is our "pick of the litter" in the building. Thanks for continuing to allow small pets and for keeping things looking so nice. Also, thanks for the Uncle Ernies restaurant suggestion. In our MANY years of visiting PC, we had never tried it...very glad we finally did!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Please send me a bill for the gouges, scratches and claw marks on your walls as I had to literally drag my wife kicking and screaming from your condo on our last day there. She/we really enjoyed it, however my wife now wants me to "spruce up" our house to do some of the things you have done to your condo. Thanks alot!!! I am really looking forward to doing those things here!!! Serously, we did enjoy our stay there tremendously. We were at this condo in October. Had a wonderful experience, clean, spacious, "classy" place. Great view, sunsets, beach was especially nice. It was our first visit to Panama City Beach. We will be back. The large balcony was great. Decorating was first class. Our dealings with the owner were most pleasant and helpful. "He did exactly what he said he would." Would we stay there again? YOU BET!!! Nice place, people, surroundings, restaurants, etc. Our first choice when we come back is to stay in this condo again. We loved it. What a great time we had! The condo is gorgeous, well equipped and beautifully decorated, and the view breathtaking. We have never had more fun on a trip to Florida's gulf coast. We are already trying to decide when we can return, and you can be sure this will be our first choice of accommodations.
