Sleeping up to 8 adults, our villa is tastefully furnished and boasts 2 master bedrooms, each with cable TV, ensuite and either a Californian king or queen sized bed. Two double bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom making it suitable for 2 families to enjoy without falling over one another.
The living area has a formal dining table, informal eating area and full kitchen. A CD player DVD Playstation 2, darts, pool, air hockey table foosball (Football) and poker are all available for your enjoyment, along with new digital TV and over 300 channels, a digital video recorder and free telephone calls within the USA and Canada. For little guests, we have a crib/cot, high chair and stroller so you don't need your own.
The oversized pool is south facing and private with a covered lanai and gas BBQ to enjoy Florida’s sun from sunrise to sunset on the large deck.
As well as all the attractions Florida has to offer your stay at our villa will benefit from golf, tennis, fishing 2 communal pools and a fully fitted gym within Southern Dunes and the largest Wal-Mart you have ever seen is just a 5 minute stroll away.

The villa is located at Southern Dunes: a quiet, friendly and relaxing neighbourhood. The community is set on an 18-hole, true gem, Golf Digest 4-star-rated championship golf course. Even if you do not play golf, Southern Dunes is a great place to stay because of its natural beauty. The subdivisions are separated from each other by the fairways of the golf course. The beauty of Southern Dunes is that, while being able to relax in a "country club" atmosphere in a beautiful villa, you are only twenty minutes away from Disney's main gate and central Florida's many attractions (avoiding the traffic jams on the other roads leading to Disney). You'll have the best of both worlds.
Inside Southern Dunes you'll have local amenities that include tennis courts, a heated community pool, a play area, fishing lake, and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar is just a few minutes stroll. Just minutes away you'll find several restaurants, Wal-Mart at the gate, and Eagle Ridge Mall nearby on Highway 27.

Why the Owner Chose Southern Dunes
We chose Southern Dunes for a whole host of reasons - the community is lovely, you can walk around the golf course or to the tennis courts communal pools or even the lake and know you are really safe and everyone is friendly.
In the morning, you can walk to Wal-Mart for fresh bread and in the evening to the Clubhouse for a nice meal.
You are away from the glare of the 192 yet still no more than 20 minutes from Disney if you wish.
The beaches are an hours drive and there is so much more to see around here and the locals are really friendly. In the winter, the community is busy with visitors from North America escaping the cold and Southern Dunes has a really vibrant feel.
How could I forget the course. One of the best in the US, a test for all handicaps, not too expensive and very friendly staff.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our villa is a home from home. Everyone who comes comments on this, the cleanliness and the decor - we bought new furniture rather than the 'standard villa packages' other villas have.
We have everything and more than you could possibly need to relax after golfing or enjoying the parks, wheter it ios sittimg by the south facing pool or on the comfortable sofa's.

Hi Fiona Just a quick mail to say thanks for your villa. We had a great time and felt so at home. I can't beleive that I'm going back to work tomorrow, my time off has flown in!! Your villa and location were fab, the boys loved the pool. How quiet is Southern Dunnes, just what you need after a manic day at disney ! The outback and manny's shop house were both a hit. In fact the Outback were fantastic with Cameron and his nut allergy, with the manager coming to wait our table too - Cameron felt really special (doesn't normally happen when he eats out, it is normally the opposite!). Fiona, Thank you very much for such a well prepared vacation experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and everything was just as promised. We could not keep our children out of the pool and if they weren't in the pool they were playing air hockey, pool, or Foosball. The house was in great condition and perfectly furnished, there was nothing lacking. It was the same as being at home, only with a pool and 80 degree weather.
